I typically never leave reviews but the service here was terrible. If it would allow me to leave no stars I would but it forces at least a 1 star. I understand that it is the 4th of July and I'm sure you don't want to work but you still don't need to treat customers poorly. It was our first time ordering here and we weren't sure how it worked. We did have a larger order as we were ordering 7 sandwiches. I had then all written down to make it as smooth as possible on what we wanted on each sandwich. The very first thing the lady who was taking our order when we told them we were ordering 7 sandwiches did was roll her eyes, huff, and walk over to another worker and start whispering. I wanted to walk out right then but my other family member really wanted to try Jersey Mike's. While she took our order she was nothing but rude. I'm not sure who she was but by the way she talked to the other workers, I would only assume she was a manager. Definitely do not plan to come back here.

I come in quite regularly. So regular they know what my order is. NEVER have I experienced a bad attitude or anything always bright and welcoming. Food is made correctly everytime. Very well ran and staffed. Food is great too.
