Female manager told an American family, of Hispanic descent, to go to the nearest grocery store and buy the bread and meat and make the sandwich themselves and refused service. I hope anyone reading this will think twice and refuse to spend their money there.

Sign in the front saying lobby is closed due to staffing and they closed off the drive through as well 45 minutes early than closing time. Staff just looks at you and laughs. What a joke.

on 4/12/2025 I ordered the #11 country club with no tomato and requested that it be toasted and cut in half. what i got was non toasted and not cut in half and was an hour late for delivery. it was printed on the receipt but not followed.

Went thru the drive thru on 3.30.25 at 5:45 pm ordered slim 4 and bag of chips and got home and the order was incorrect. I hate this store completely. It's either slow or can't get a order correctly.
This store needs all new management. I had to call and express my personal disgust with the store and my order. I had to get in my vehicle and drive from Prairie Meadows area back to the store to get my order fixed. The girl who waited on me I think is who answered the phone and seemed put off that she had to help me.
She greets me at the window and I said I was the one with the screwed up sandwich and she just looked at me with a small attitude. I felt like telling her, I'm the one who had to get my darn car back out and waste gas to come see you to get a correct sandwich, it is not my fault your darn employees can't seem to do nothing right here. I should have gotten a free sandwich or a store credit for another small sandwich.
I will NEVER come back to this store. They don't care and I personal don't care either except this store lacks customer service and speed. When I gave them the sandwich, her and another girl stood by the register by the drive thru and chatted for a bit acting like I was pulling something over there eyes.

Expect to spend about 15 mins in the drive thru. Even if you are the only car. I keep coming back because it's close to where I live and it's always good but my goodness they are freaky slow.
Ordered a simple Turkey Tom with extra meat and mayo and get home to a single thing of meat.... nothing like paying extra for a normal sandwich

Noticed how they don't advertise how freaky fast they are anymore probably for a reason. If someone calls to make sure y'all have day old bread then y'all should make sure you actually have it before someone makes the trip there.

Took over half an hour to be delivered (the delievery location is 5 minutes away), did not add or remove anything from the sandwich that i requested. Also did not include extra mayo or napkins like I asked. If i'm paying 30 bucks for food I expect the bare minimum which is getting what I paid for

The drive through is often Silly Slow, not Freaky Fast. Ordering inside doesn’t seem to be as frequently slow. Otherwise what you’d expect from a Jimmy John’s.
