My wife and I are regular customers at Johnny’s, visiting around 6 times a year, often around special occasions like birthdays. We visited tonight for my birthday and were sadly disappointed. To start with, I ordered a 20 oz beer. When it came out it was clear that it was not a 20 oz glass. I asked the server and she assured me that it was a 20 oz beer. After I finished the beer I poured my 16 oz water into the “20 oz beer” glass and it filled it completely. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told that the manager wouldn’t come out to talk to me because he was new and he didn’t control glass sizes.In addition to this we were disappointed in our salads (their quality has decreased over time) and my entree seemed like it had sat for some time before being served.Finally, when paying the bill, we asked again to speak to the manager and were refused.
