We always have to go back in afyer driving through bc of something they forgot. Today, it was the hashbrowns. Then we got home and realized they didn't bother to put our sausage burritos in the bag either. Frustrating to get all the way home and realize a family member does not have the meal they had requested that you paid for and did not receive ?

This location is terrible. Went through the drive-through 6:45pm October 3rd. They handed me my drink and told me to pull up and wait by the door so I did. I waited for 20 minutes. Went inside to complain just for them to tell me they handed my order out already, and the employee refused to admit he gave it to the wrong person. How would I know the exact order of food if it wasn’t MY order? Anyway, I didn’t have the receipt so they couldn’t do anything for me, even though if they’d have looked at surveillance or even ran my debit card through the system (I literally showed them the bank charge on my phone from my bank app) they would’ve seen that they gave the wrong person my food. And to top it all off, the manager accused me of trying to get free food. He was no less than 15ft away from me in the kitchen and I could hear him the whole time. You’re better off going to McDonalds on Adventureland Dr, or just not going at all because you might not get your food.

The last few times I've been there for breakfast, I've been charged for 3 extra sandwiches, which I didn't notice until I was handed the bag and noticed how heavy it was. Today at least, it was only a few extra bucks because it was sausage biscuits, but last time I was was charged for 3 extra sausage egg muffins which was a pretty hefty mistake. I'm not sure how this keeps happening, except I assume the cashier misclickiing buttons. Keep an eye on that.

Ordered ahead. Waited 20 minutes while everyone else after me fresh ordered and got food. Told nuggets were being made fresh and got cold nuggets and a less then enthusiastic employee, manager I believe.
