The Altoona staff have never let us down. We always had bad service in Ankeny when we lived there. Our food is always hot, correct and packaged perfectly. I also love the taco kit so I don't have gross leftover taco pizza. Thank you to the staff was always putting out a great product!
I ordered online and our pizza ended up getting delivered to the wrong house. Mistakes happen. Delivery driver may have been just having a hard night. I actually wasnt expecting my order for another 20 minutes as they were busy and estimated delivery was 70 minutes. Thank You to the employee who called to let me know what happened and rushed our order through again. I had my order within 30 min, great customer service! Food was hot and Fair Grinder Pizza was delicious as always!
We ordered the Chicken Alfredo thin crust pizza. We typically order thin crust and were not disappointed. This pizza was a little heavy on the onions for our preference but was cheesy & flavorful overall. Will order it again but go lighter on the onions. Pizza was hot and ready when I went to pick it up. Great pizza, we will be back.
