In the last two weeks, I have went twice the first time my burrito was soggy. Taste like everything has been sitting out for hours on hours went in today sat in my car for 15 minutes. Waited for them to open. Got inside. Nothing’s cooked. Wait another 30 minutes thinking OK maybe everything will be fine. Because it’s fresh. I was completely wrong. Sat down to eat. The beans are hard the chickens undercooked everything is very bland. This place used to be delicious in the last year, It has went very downhill and I find it very funny that they will remodel their whole building, instead of finding new employees that actually know what they’re doing the employees working today were very rude as well and acted like they didn’t know anything that they were doing this is disgusting. The worst Pancheros to visit and I will never ever be going back. If I could give negative stars I would.

I hadn't been for a few months as it had fallen apart and I tried after they re-opened and it's more of the same. There always seems to be 10 employees working but only 2 doing all food prep and ringing up. The food always tends to be slightly above lukewarm, and the burritos are left so long to wait they stick to the paper and rip when rolled.

Used to be one of my restaurants in the metro and this location might be the worst run business I've seen in my life and makes me not want to go to the other well run locations.

Ordered a door dash, food was not what I ordered also didn’t get everything I payed for, tried calling the store just to have the phone continually ring.

Chicken and steak were out constantly workers where slow acted like they didn’t care. Cleaning dishes on the ground. Sold me a cup while the fountain machine was out of order. Also I normally love panch but this one was just disappointing and honestly made me upset. Worker was making her own burrito was taking priority over customers. Also workers were standing around and not helping to refill things. Food was good as always just service was very poor if I could give a 0 star I would.

Got food they had no veggies and everything was so so salty!!!I couldn't even eat any of my order should of look at the reviews seems like a common theme at this location never had problems before at other locations but don't eat here just awful experience all around

I normally love Pancheros and look forward to a fresh pressed tortilla, however, this Pancheros never fails to disappoint me. Today was my final straw. My husband picked up my normal burrito order for me and I can only describe my burrito as smelling and tasting like an ash tray. I am now heating up a frozen pizza because it was so bad I had to throw it away.

They are always low on chicken and never have veggies prepared. Last time I went in I noticed the chicken pan looked empty. I asked if they were out of chicken and the lady tells me no, they have chicken. She proceeds to scoop up what looks like stale remnents of shredded chicken that was left behind in the pan. There was no way I was eating that and besides the place looked filfy. Turned around and left. There is always some sort of issue. This location needs shut down.

Ordered for delivery through The app and never got my food. Tried to call the store and the phone just goes to a busy signal. No way to contact the store to talk about a refund and no way to request a refund on the App! Not worth it!! 1 star selected as I have to.

The dirtiest pancheros I have ever seen. Food was low. Every table was filthy but one. The guy making the food never changed his gloves. He handled money and made the food. The steak that was left looked like dog food. The staff instead of doing actual work just stood around and socialized . Clearly there is an issue with this place based on the other reviews. I should have walked out after seeing the conditions.
