Papa Murphy's is a Christmas Eve tradition for our family. This was our first time in Altoona since moving to this area in 2024. Loved the service, love to the patience and spirit with which everybody was working.!
The team at this Altoona location always does a tremendously good job. I will go out of my way to this location versus others

I typically get pizza from Des Moines southside. Guess I am used to there's. The one in Altoona had way too much sauce on it and very little toppings. I had to put my own on there after getting home .

The location has never done me wrong. They get my order correct every time and... once they even called and said they were out of one of my items but when I got there they said they had time to make more and I was still able to get my whole complete order. They went above and beyond to get me my complete order.(I would probably not have, honestly)... I have no complaints with this location or staff. They are always so nice and friendly and great.
