I called to order a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza with half mushrooms and olives. I had repeat the request while it was written down. Then I clarified that I wanted pepperoni on all of it and mushrooms and olives on half of it . I got it home to have mushrooms on all of it and olives on half without single pepperoni on it. I couldn't take it back cause my husband got into it while I was busy. I will never order there again.

Their delivery person never showed up with the order. Call them to inquire and was left on hold for 11 minutes, called back, and was told they could request another order, but we'd end up waiting another 45 minutes.

Ordered at 10:20pm. Staying at the Hyatt Place less than a mile away. Still waiting for Pizza at 11:48p. Called store- they blamed rain ?. Original delivery time was 10:54a. Do not order delivery from this outfit- they’ll fail and will be undaunted about failing.

Would be nice if my food had came at all. Wasted my Saturday night (2pm now) waiting for my food to come. Turns out they sent the delivery drivers home at 10pm, didn't even call to let us know. So here we are waiting, then rude manager when we called because it was taking forever, telling us to come get our pizza...we have no car and one is disabled. That's why we ordered for delivery. Awful.
Ordered at 12:30 am. Was told by the app, delivery by 1:23 am. Called at 1:45 until 1:58am was rudely told that nobody came to get my order. When I asked what he meant. He told me I have to come get it they close in 3 minutes, and hurry up. When I asked what he meant by nobody came to get it he informed me that all the drivers had left for the night at 10pm.So I waited an hour and a half for an order that I was never going to get because they had no delivery drivers. Super frustrated as we are now hungry with no food and everywhere has closed. Thanks for nothing Pizza hut. Next time I'll stick with Dominos.

Ordered a dinner box. Carry out. Pre tipped 18% to help out workers.... I walked in building and stood for 3 mins. No one was in there. Could have robbed the place. Finally a guy comes from the back. He is RUDE. I tell my name. He confirms and places it before me without another word and starts to walk. I say thank you...he turns for a min looking at me and I said it again cause I wasn't sure he heard me. He just look at me with a Eat Sheet and kept walking. The place smelled horrible!!!!I'll be contacting Pizzahut HQ tomorrow. The food was horrible. Smashed together and COLD.The reviews speak for themselves...this location should be shut down.
