only way to leave a review is to give atleast 1 star but should be a zero star. I live 3.7 miles away and they cannot deliver to me and when asked my address told her ***** South Cottonwood **** ***** ( you get the point). I then get asked if I can spell that, so I ask can I speak with your manager because if you are answering phones and can't spell cotton, or wood why are you on the phone(she is the manager). AND WHY IN THE HELL CAN I NOT GET DELIVERY FROM A PLACE THAT IS LOCATED 3.7 MILES FROM WHERE I LIVE. the only other rating from this place has to be an employee and not from a customer.

Worst experience ever!! I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again. Order pizza at 9:15pm…first pizza came at 10:00pm delivered by DoorDash. That guy smushed my pizza by tipping it sideways and then taunted my dog. Pizza was super cold. Called the store and got customer service. He said I should be getting a new pizza by 10:25. Thinking great not bad. Pizza finally arrives at 11:15pm. We decided to refuse it but tipped the second delivery guy from DoorDash as he was really nice and it wasn’t his fault that the second time someone entered the address completely wrong and he had issues finding our house. Called the store again to get our money back. Got someone from the actual store and he said not my problem and to call DoorDash. Unfortunately since I placed the order through Pizza Hut themselves DoorDash wouldn’t do anything nor could I complain to them because they were only outsourced to deliver the pizza only. The guy proceeded to just say not my problem and put the phone down and walked away. Called back again and thankfully got someone from customer service. She proceeded to tell me to contact DoorDash but like I explained to her I just want to cancel the order I placed through the Pizza Hut app. Thankfully she refunded. I will not be ordering from here again and will stick with Domino’s.

guess I must be lucky cuz I've never had a problem with any order I've gotten from pizza hut!! food is hot and the delivery drivers are always nicer and friendly and don't seem in a hurry to just drop the order and leave. keto up the good work!!!
