Worst experience me and my bf go to pizza ranch often was out by this location so we decided to go there even tho we usually go to a different location we walk in around 4pm and nothing I mean no pizzas where out literally nothing we had to order anything we wanted all but the salad bar which we have never had that happen walking into a pizza ranch there's usually always pizzas out but there was nothing we got our pizza we ordered and waiting about an hour nothing fresh came out besides wings that where very very fatty for Thursday night wings that my bf has been wanting to try but absolutely terrible and wouldn't recommend them at least at this location we decided to just get ice cream well my bf went first and came back took a bite while I sat with my toddler and he said taste this it taste funny and it very much did we get their ice cream each time expect it tasted spoiled so we just decided to leave shortly after leaving all of our stomach hurts and we had diarrhea even into the next day worst experience we will never return to this one for sure ive never seen my child shit the way she did after this not worth almost paying for 40 for 2 adults and a 2 year old to eat to walk into nothing in buffet and having to order and wait as if i went to a sit down restraunt and after i had wish we chose somewhere else

My mom loves going to Pizza ranch as much as I do. They have great food and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I also love that it is a Christian based business that is one of the main reasons I go there so often.

Food is very mediocre, at best. The chicken was waaaaay overcooked. Coming from me, that's bad because I normally don't mind overcooked food. I scooped up the macaroni and cheese and put the scoop right back in. The French fries were so salty that I couldn't even eat them, and I love salt. That's pretty bad. They put out the gravy but forgot the mashed potatoes. I can't believe people pay $18 to eat here. I only did because we were having a party, and that's where the hostess chose. That being said, I was so impressed with the staff. They were in and out of the small party room constantly to clear our plates. And, they all had such wonderful attitudes. They seemed glad to be helping us. And, it seemed that there was someone always near the food lines listening to people. I asked my friend about the dessert pizza and one of the employees overheard me asking if one was fruit. He immediately offered to make a fruit one for me. One overheard a comment about the lack of mashed potatoes and was just as baffled as we were. As far as I know, he took care of it, but I don't know because I had gone to sit down. The wonderful service is what prompted me to leave a review. They were take wonderful.

8 of us went to lunch on 9/18 @1130 ,the girl at the register (Amanda H.) Was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a restaurant, a disgrace to this company will not be going back to this location ever.
