We used to avoid stopping here at this location when we lived nearby. Things changed! We were in town for a funeral and stopped here on our way out of town. This store has done a 180. We used to get the worst drinks from the most rude baristas here. Now, such a friendly environment and the drinks were perfect!
This location almost always has a long drive thru wait. Last time, I preordered on the app for drive-thru pick up, as I was in the area.. I should have known better. I was in line, in time, but by the time I got to the window, 25 minutes had passed. My frappe was melted, and the whip wasn't even standing anymore. Heavily disappointing. I placed an ordered on a Sunday morning for pick up, knowing they are usually busy in the mornings, I showed up 20 minutes after my order was placed and walked in to about 10 people waiting on their drinks and the staff was running working hard. Unfortunately they announced they had several call ins that morning and were very behind. On top of everything their printer for food got jammed so food tickets were not printing.
