A huge shoutout to the Altoona Hyvee Starbucks! Today was especially busy for them and they did a wonderful job! The ladies working were very sweet, and full of smiles! Even with how busy they were/are they were working very hard on all the orders and getting everything out as fast as they could! I always love this Starbucks as everyone is always so friendly! Great Job!

Horrible service, they are rude and if they don't have what they need like berries they still charge the same but then if you want water with strawberries they charge you for a regular drink. I always try not to come to this specific starbucks because of their attitude.

THIS!! This is the reason that I have started going someplace other than Starbucks. The service is absolutely horrible. Went in on a Sunday morning thinking I would give Starbucks another shot. Yes I know you have some people waiting for their drinks. But how about you at least attempt to call out what the drink you’re setting on the counter is instead of just letting them stack up and making people (coughing and hacking) go up and search through other people‘s drinks to find their own. Ridiculous. I feel like Starbucks service and or just overall competence at most locations has gone downhill over the course of the last year and a half. I don’t know what happened. I have never wanted to reach back in the tip jar and take my tip back so badly. Now that I think about it, I absolutely should have.!!

This is the second time, I've had issues with this Starbucks. They make your order and set it down and never tell you. 1st time I picked up what I thought was mine and got a really dirty look from on of the staffers. So 2nd time I went they put like 5 drinks on the table, you couldn't tell who's they were, cause they don't ask names. After close to 10mins 2 people had come and gone so I finally asked, "are these mine ?" their is 3 up their now and I only ordered 2 things. They said "oh yeah" so I said I only ordered 2. Went to get my $ back and they asked me for more $. It took them a min to figure out they owed me. SMH

Submitted a mobile order before arriving at the drive thru line. Told them I had a mobile order to pick up and they got sassy with me. I only did it to help, thinking I was doing them a favor that way. Then, at the window they told me to allow the stated time on the mobile order next time. However, I submitted the order at 7:27am and picked it up at the window at 7:38am, and the app said pick up estimated at 7:39, so being a minute early I could do without the attitude. Especially considering I left a tip.

The young girl making the drinks was busy flirting with another co-worker and apparently wasn't able to multi task. Ordered 2 drinks and paid a pretty price for 2 cups full of milk and cream. When I mentioned the amount of milk I was told "that's how it's made" we order these drinks DAILY (don't judge lol) so I know how they are made. Very disappointing and I will NEVER return to this location.

We were on a road trip and made a quick stop here. There is plenty of free parking and a huge food market right across from Starbucks. It’s the usual Starbucks product - so it’s good. Friendly staff too.
In and out quickly. This location was close to our hotel and a great stop before getting back on 80. Very clean and our coffees were made perfectly.

Well walked in today around 7:49am greeted employee with a good morning and got a flat “hey” when my order came up the other employee gave me the same flat tone ! Please if you don’t like your job find a better one. Definitely won’t be back there—-I don’t usually pull the race card but they sure was friendly with a different customer till I arrived ! Crazy thing is I still tipped them !
