This was the best experience at any pumpkin patch we have ever had! Not only were the prices fair and the woman who helped us today was incredibly friendly, they also had an incredible selection. From pumpkins, apples, tomatoes, peppers, etc, we still didn't spend more than $25. This place was perfect for my small toddler who gets overstimulated easily but also wants to be independent and run around.

The orchard is a good size, not too big, not too small. We had a great time picking apples and the prices are very reasonable! They also have tomatoes and other produce.

Fantastic place! They have a huge selection of apples and other produce, as well as the best honey I've ever tasted. It's very kid-friendly with child-sized buckets and long apple-picking sticks. Trips to Upstream Gardens and Orchard are quickly becoming a family tradition.

Went last weekend and it was fun for a 1st experience picking apples at an orchard. We got over 21lbs. Big variety of apples and other fruits to pick from. Pumpkins too. The guy running the place was nice and helpful. The prices for honey were the cheapest and best I've ever seen in all of Iowa. If your in Altoona sometime, stop in and try this place.

We went today and had a fantastic time. The owners are the nicest people you could meet, so helpful and knowledgeable. And brought home a pile of produce, some fantastic honey, as well as great new ideas (ie smoking honey but bought some of theirs in case I fail!). Well worth your time to head out to Upstream. Great place for kids too.

Love this place for garden produce. We always get a year's worth of honey in the fall but they have lots of fruits and vegetables coming ripe throughout the seasons. Where else can you pick raspberries in the fall?! Check out their website to see what is available each season.

We went on a sunday. They have a large variety of Apple and pumpkins. They have peppers and eggplants and potatoes and yams. They have blackberries blueberries and raspberries. You can go and buy what they pick or for a cheaper price so you can go and pick your own. They have a porta potty. It's just a little farm that has amazing produce. They do have a dog, just an fyi.
