This Wendy’s location is one of my favorites. They treat their customer's great, if they make a mistake they always make it right, and they are always polite, kind, and friendly. If you have a dog they will make over your fur children.

Came in and couldn’t get anyone to help me so I went out to wait in my car came back in free 5 minutes and still no help then finally after I get to talking loud for help someone came around the corner and said we waiting on chicken need to work on greeting people as they come in and communication

All of the food is ice cold and I didn’t get a straw. This is the most ghetto Wendy’s you can possibly order form in Iowa. Absolute garbage. I’ve lived in Iowa my entire life and this Wendy’s has always been terrible. Not once have I ever not had a cold, dried out meal from this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Think I'm done with this location for a while. They were pretty good last year, but service and quality of food has been poor over the last 9 months or so. The last 5-6 times we have gone there, one or more incorrect items, not hot or quality of product was not good.
