At the time that I went to get food Wendy's was pretty busy. Drive-thru around the building but the staff handled everything perfectly. Will definitely go back

Says they're open until 1AM, I pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30 and they denied me of service and said they wouldn't take my order because it was too late. Sounds like the employees were too lazy to make some food before they wanted to close.

It was a beautiful day and we did not want to cook… So, we are here at Wendy’s: First of all we love there pecan Apple salads..they where ok.. we ordered There chillie! What a surprise it was absolutely horrible… I have no idea what they did to it.. it wasn’t good.. we can’t afford to eat out anymore. We are seniors and it’s hard to afford.. it was a very disappointing meal… Sincerely the Andersons

Avoid this location! My child got very ill from eating their chicken sandwich. I'm not sure if it was salmonella or an employee not properly washing hands, but we will NEVER go here again!

One car ahead of me one care behind me waited ten min and no one responded to the drive thru speaker. 1 hour till close with the car ahead getting service the just nothing on the mic. Even asked if they were still open and on one responded.

Food was "ok" and I get it, it's fast food. ALYSSA the manager on duty at 6pm at night tonight was HORRIBLE!!! She was shouting all over the dining room area while cleaning windows, "I don't get paid enough, I need a vacation, they need to pay for a day at the spa for me, etc etc". I finally called her out on it. She didn't care. Typical BAD manager went to her employees on duty to tell them all about it. A GOOD manager would have apologized and stopped shouting everywhere in the dining room. Nope not Alyssa, she kept running her mouth and had her employees shouting how good she is and blah blah blah. I'm sorry but I don't mind calling a BAD manager out when they need to be called out! And by the way, Alyssa, that is NOT your store, you don't own that franchise whatsoever, so get over yourself!
