We had a meal here St. Nicholas Day, 12/6/25. We have dined here many times, satisfactorily. We started with the pretzel bites with beer cheese appetizer, honestly it was the BEST pretzels and cheese I've ever tasted (it's one of my favorite combos so I've tried a lot over the years)! For the main course, I had the oven baked steak with a side of Spaetzle, and my husband had the Sauerbraten. We both loved our dishes. Service was good and the price was reasonable. We will be back when we return to the Amana area!
