Just passing through but so glad I stopped here. I ordered taro milk tea, signature milk tea, crab rangoons, and sesame chicken. The crab rangoons were huge and had a generous ratio of crab. Almost a meal all by themselves! I would definitely order both the crab rangoons and teas again!

Still great tasting, but portions are getting smaller while being one of the more expensive places in town. With last year's inflation, I get it. However, some cuts don't make sense. For example, the pan fried noodles used to come with a brothy sauce with meat and/or veggies in a quart size container that was about 2/3 full, which was about the right amount to go with the noodles supplied. The noodles are still tasty and a good amount, but now the sauce comes in the same container less than half full.

I always order the same beef chow fun, but unfortunately the portion in my takeout was less than usual today (I was too hungry to take a photo though).Fanny contacted me and said they will improve the process, making sure the portion and taste are consistent. I am happy that she’s very customer oriented, and her willingness to provide the best service/food to customers is impressive. Highly recommended.

If you are going to try bubble tea and Chinese food in Ames: GO HERE. I COMMAND YOU.Not only is the food and bubble tea amazing, but the atmosphere and staff are so incredibly friendly as well! I have so much I could say about this place (I stop here almost every week!)The staff really make an effort into getting to know you personally! The owner knows my bubble tea order when she sees me and you can tell everyone is truly passionate about what they are doing. Their tea formula is unique and unparalleled, allowing your tea to taste extra concentrated and delicious. Not to mention the food: even my Chinese mother says that here is the most authentic and best tasting place in the city.I encourage you to definitely stop by and try it out! This place is so incredible it truly leads me to a loss of words. But really, I dare say it is the best of its kind in Ames (and really around here in general.)So, what are you waiting for? Go here, now! ?Parking: Although your first instinct is to find parking on the street in front, that can prove difficult. Your best bet is the turn right behind the store off Hyland, where there is a parking lot behind the store where you can usually get a parking spot in.

The absolute best place in aims to get bubble tea, it's all I can say for now, but that's enough.

Don't make the bubble tea shop appearance distract you from the fact that the Taiwan-style popcorn chicken tasted just like my childhood, so I bet it has a full kitchen back there to back that extensive food menu in addition to the solid bubble tea. Could use "less ice" when asked for "less ice", however. I also liked the themed merchandise for sale on the side. Can't wait to be back next time in Ames.

Definitely the best place in Ames for boba! I've tried probably half of the tea menu so far (and there are SO many good options), and I've yet to find any one of their teas that I don't like. The shop is also very cute, and they have stuffed animals and cups that you can buy too.

It was really cute in there. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Plus it’s really close to campus! 100% going back.

Wonderful for bubble teas and Asian food (probably my favorite in Ames). The owner and staff are super super lovely and the ambiance is sooooooo cute. The Crab Rangoon is seriously the most amazing you can have (and I'm not even particularly a fan of the dish itself). The Popcorn Chicken Taiwanese style is nothing less than the ones you can find in a Taipei night market.
