Do NOT visit if you’re hungry and expect to be given any service. We went once during lunch and it was busy. It took 30 minutes to get drinks and over an hour to get our food.
We went back because we thought our previous experience was due to how busy they were. There was literally 1 other party in the restaurant and no wait help to be found. We sat at the bar because the bartender was there and she didn’t even acknowledge us. She actually WALKED AWAY and never took our drink order. We walked out.

Tried Applebee’s for the first time. This place is alright. The food looks a little better in the pictures, but the staff is super friendly and the wait time wasn’t too long. I’d say biggest pros are the quesadillas and drinks. They have an interesting selection of alcoholic beverages.

Update: I received an email response from Applebee’s. They most kindly refund our meal with any apology. What a wonderful, unexpected response. Thank you Applebee’s!! ———————- Went with my sister around 4:30ish. They weren’t busy at the time. We both ordered the same thing, Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. The pasta was penne with Alfredo sauce. Not Mac & cheese at all. The chicken tenders were overcooked, hard and didn’t have a hot pepper taste. Very disappointing!!! I would not recommend Applebee’s to anyone. Waste of money!! It was my last visit!!

They were having a rough night. I hope this isn't typical but I can only speak to my experience. Ran out of simple things like salad and lemonade. Dropped our food and had to redo it. Weren't sitting people despite numerous open tables that stayed open. I don't plan to go back.

Ordered a simple drink from bar was horrible. Order a hamburger plain and to be well done was very pink mashed potatoes were cold. Waiter never came back again after I sent back drink, food I never ate extremely disappointed especially since they weren’t busy.

Usually this is a good place to visit after an ISU game, but our last visit was terrible. The hostess seated us right away and greeted us warmly. Then, we waited for our server for over 30 minutes. When the server never came, we left. We will not be returning.

Slow, staff not very attentive. 35 minutes to receive appetizer. Over an hour for food. I saw people walk out cause they got tired of waiting to be acknowledged and seated. Management needs to do some serious training. Bartender was also waiting tables so had to wait for my drink. Just not a great experience.
I often get the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Good flavor and straight forward. Chicken was way over cooked and beans were as well. Soggy as can be. Potatoes not warm. Was disappointed to say the least
