What Arby's doesn't have sweet tea? I purposely stopped here to get some. The food was good though

I went threw the drive threw around 1 in the afternoon I was the only car there I order the gobbler with a large curly fry and a classic roast beef combo 21 dollars. What I received was a couple pieces of turkey on a wet soggie bun and half an order of half broken stale fries from the bottom of the bin. The roast beef sandwich had very little to no meat and stale broken fries as well I wish I would have taken a picture. I work in fast food and know nowadays people are paying alot of money for what use to be affordable and getting good quality food for the money you are paying is not that big of a ask. This was disgraceful to all food service if the people working thought this was a lunch worth 20 dollars I question there ability to serve anyone. I'm pretty angry about this and discusted

I usually go here for some good fast comfort food after a long day of work. When ordering this time there was a bit of miscommunication and mishearing through the speaker, when i got to the window and saw some of the stuff wasnt what I wanted Adeline, and Joseph made sure to get me what I wanted and refunded me for what I didn't, they were very kind, quick, and friendly. Not once did I feel like I was inconvenienced or that I was inconveniencing them. Absolutely amazing customer service all around and I greatly appreciate how they handled my situation. Thankyou so much both of you!!

Arby's has ham back on the menu at many locations. Love their chicken cordon blue sandwich. Hot ham and cheese is a favorite as well.

We ordered a Ruben with no sauce, a bacon double and a French dip. The French dip was amazing, everything else was dry and was almost like they say in the warmer for too long. Not impressed Arby's
