The food was cold. Service took forever. There was hardly anybody in there and they were just standing around talking and playing with your cell phones. Service took for almost 20 minutes to get my loaded Italian and my beef sandwich. Ridiculous

I know people enter and exit fast food jobs pretty quickly but the current combination of staff at Arby's is fantastic.
I drove to the Ames s.Duff location from a small town 20 min south at approximately 12 pm/noon just to try the cheesesteak sandwich and was told they were out of the meat for that sandwich. 2nd time! For a company that runs on the premises of WE HAVE THE MEATS! i am not happy.

I usually receive pretty good service when I go through the drive thru, and I wasnt going to say anything because it's small. I had gone through the drive thru and gotten a 5 piece chicken tender meal and was only given 1 dipping sauce (wow, even typing this out makes me feel like im being petty 😅). But I had to sit waiting for traffic to clear to make a left into traffic to return to the restaurant, go into the building, and retrieve additional sauces.
Like I said, not crazy, but definitely an inconvenience.
Had the reuben and curly fries. The reuben was pretty good. Basically it is the regular Arby's roast beef with saurkraut on marble rye. Love the curly fries too.

I have always love this Arby's. But for the first time I was not happy with the food. I stopped there Saturday around 11:45 through the drive thru and ordered ham sandwich and crinkle fries and my friend ordered the new brisket sandwich and potato cakes. Both of out meals were cold as if they were pre-made and sitting there. I'm not sure what happened. I will always go back there but just not happy.
