Arby's in my experience has always been an underwhelming experience. The food never matches what the ads show. I say that fully aware that advertisers use props designed to look like the foods they're selling. If I order a thinly sliced roast beef sandwich I expect them to not serve it with gristle and fats. It makes me question how they prepare their meats.
