Only 2 people working, ordered online time said 5:55. 25 minutes later and still no pizza. Over an hour for 3 pizzas. Sadly this isn't the first time at this location. Managed extremely poorly.

Been coming here to the ISU campustown Blaze almost once a week for over a year. They were so busy tonight with online orders so it was a bit of a wait to get our pizzas however the staff remained friendly and positive and greeted each customer as they came in.

It's very cold inside, and the music is always a little loud, but the pizza, the specials, the rewards program, and the staff are all excellent.

This was our first time there. We got one thick crust and one thin crust pizza. You choose your crust, sauce, cheeses, meat, and veggies (like at Subway). I prefer the original crust. It was very good.

I went when it was busy, but the people working there still made sure to make the best quality pizza and they had great customer service! I liked being able to make a custom pizza with unlimited toppings.

Very friendly staff working. I haven’t been in awhile but Mike and Owen (I believe were the names of those who helped us out) re-explained the menu well and were very patient and helpful!! Thanks for your kindness, we will be back.

Im not sure why but whoever is in charge gets really snappy with the other people working there and its kind of hard to watch when youre trying to eat. Its not very subtle and the other people working there look miserable. Otherwise the workers are very nice, but i feel bad for them.

They burn the pizza EVERY TIME I go there. I always have them remake it. This time I had shoulder surgery and couldn't drive. My friend picked up the pizza for me and told them to make sure the pizza isn't burnt. They told him if they use fresh dough it won't burn. Long story short. They burned it. I called back to see if they could fix it. They wouldn't give me a credit for the burnt pizza. They refused to give me a refund. They said the only way to fix it is if I drive there. I told them I just had shoulder surgery and that's why my friend picked up the pizza so coming back isn't an option. They said they can't do anything for me. Absolutely abysmal customer service and quality of the food. It tasted like burnt garbage. Called back and the manager said he has all my personal information and if I call again (I called twice. First call was 30 seconds long and he hung up on me) second call he threatened to show up to my house and harm me. Managers name is Mike.
