Louis and Owen have great customer service and the pizzas they make is really good

Im not sure why but whoever is in charge gets really snappy with the other people working there and its kind of hard to watch when youre trying to eat. Its not very subtle and the other people working there look miserable. Otherwise the workers are very nice, but i feel bad for them.

They burn the pizza EVERY TIME I go there. I always have them remake it. This time I had shoulder surgery and couldn't drive. My friend picked up the pizza for me and told them to make sure the pizza isn't burnt. They told him if they use fresh dough it won't burn. Long story short. They burned it. I called back to see if they could fix it. They wouldn't give me a credit for the burnt pizza. They refused to give me a refund. They said the only way to fix it is if I drive there. I told them I just had shoulder surgery and that's why my friend picked up the pizza so coming back isn't an option. They said they can't do anything for me. Absolutely abysmal customer service and quality of the food. It tasted like burnt garbage. Called back and the manager said he has all my personal information and if I call again (I called twice. First call was 30 seconds long and he hung up on me) second call he threatened to show up to my house and harm me. Managers name is Mike.

This place is slipping. Fewer topping options than used to be available. Ordered 3 pizzas. They didn’t put sauce on 1, missed toppings on 2, and no finish drizzles as requested. They were cleaning when I arrived. Only 2 other customers in the place, so not sure how they could have messed up the order so badly. Don’t plan to return.
