I liked the food and drink. Although service was not great. I asked to sit at a different booth for preference, I was told no, they were trying to sit people closer to the entrance. Sat and waited 10-15 mins just for our drinks. After had finished the meal, had to wait more time to get the check. Had to get the attention from another sever to get a refill on drinks. And someone else had to get the first server attention to get the check. I ate well and the restaurant is great! But my sever Ethan had only shown up 2 times in the period of my meal. Needed napkins and sauces. Service was not good.

This was the most ass tasting food I have ever put in my mouth and it costed me nearly 100$ to feed 2-3 ppl, don't buy from here

Make sure to check ur frys before you leave but the app deals are good enough for us to keep coming back. We probably won't get buffalo sauce again but we like the maple chipotle and Caribbean jerk

I don't know why the quality of the food and service has downgraded so much. Nothing like it used to be. Fries and Onion rings were cold. Wings seemed old, do they have them sitting around and just sauce them when people order? Not even much meat in the wings, so small and not freshly made when we ordered. We seem to go less and less to this place, its just not the same anymore. We asked for a certain booth and even though it was available they said they could only sit us at the bar side. We do not recommend dinning here.

Sadly, got bad experience. Ordered online, came in when food was supposed to be ready, had to wait another 20 minutes only to find out later my order was forgotten about. At least when I pressed for information I got the food. Never ordering here again.

Long wait, and no one was in the restaurant. Food was mediocre. Served my onionrings, then 10 minutes for my wifes burger, waited another 10 minutes for my food. They need to call the Crystal Lake, IL on management ideas.

My online order was missing my onion rings. The boneless wings were very dry, and I couldn’t taste any sauce. I checked the reviews and saw that others had the same issue. Do you not train your staff properly when hiring?

Every single time I eat here, it takes five or more minutes of standing up front before someone comes to seat us. The servers don't act like they enjoy their job, they talk to each other in the back more than they talk to customers. Kitchen staff is alright, the food is always good. Buffalo wild wings probably doesn't pay the servers or waiters enough judging by their efforts.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! - it will sit well before you get there and be cold and not fresh. Also, there’s a good chance your order will be wrong completely. I received of my 30 wings originally ordered, I got 5. Granted had I gone over the whole order before leaving I would have noticed but why should I have too. And the 5 I got were cold and hard, not what I would call fresh. The sides were fine but the fact that most of the wings were not there and the ones I got were old. Nice.

This establishment has gone down significantly in years, judging by how DEAD the building was on NFL Sunday… no wonder. Will probably be the last time I order from this business. Sad to say cause I really enjoyed the food.

Edit, they did make most of it right when I went back but again, I should not have too if the job is done correctly the first time.

Ordered from this location many times. Orders are constantly missing items or just totally wrong. It becomes clear after entering restaurant and waiting for 15 minutes with staff walking past you and no one acknowledging your existence that no one here cares about their jobs.

Ate at this location on Sunday December 8. Our party of 3 got seated right away, and then we sat for 20 minutes without a single person coming to our table. My husband went up to the front to see if they forgot to tell a server we were there, she told him "yes that probably happened", he returned to our table and we continued to sit for another 5 minutes. My husband flagged down a server as he walked by, he was very short with us and told us that someone else would be taking care of us as he blew by our table without even slowing down. About 2-3 minutes later the same young man returned to our table, put silverware and napkins down and asked us what we wanted to drink. No greeting, no apology for our wait, nothing. We ordered two soft drinks and a drink from the bar. The soft drinks came right away, and we waited a long time for the bar drink. When the server came back to take our order, we asked about the bar drink. He said it would be delivered to our table "eventually, whenever it was made". Again, no apology of any kind. Service continued in this appalling way through the rest of our meal. When the server finally brought our check, my husband went up front to pay. Our server told him he could take care of it, led my husband back to the busser area, had my husband run his card through the machine. When the server saw that my husband had left zero tip (because we tip in accordance to the level of service we received), he asked my husband if he was mad at him. My husband asked him why, and the server questioned my husband as to why he didn't leave a tip. The lack of service and rudeness we experienced at this location are inexcusable. We tried to speak to the local manager as we were leaving and got a very lackluster response full of excuses. Do not go to this location if you want to be treated as a valued customer!!!
