Buford's "STEAK" house has no steaks! No Cole slaw,no full size to go container's and what they did serve me was sub standard! Try somewhere else instead.
Their website said they were open, but when I got there they were closed. Not sure if I got the time wrong or they are closed permanently.
No ribs anymore, so we left
First thing they need is MANAGEMENT, secondly, they need real CHEFS that know how to cook rather then microwave. Food needs to be HOT and cooked. Thirdly, they need knowledgeable wait staff.
We had a fraternity reunion, buffett was great. Nice room for the get together.
The service was excellent, but the brisket is questionable. Eat here if you have no other option. Be nice to the servers, it's not their fault the food is gross. Thank you friendly server! Oh, and as a Redeemer, exile is on draft.
No way a human or animal should have to eat here. It was the worst food I have ever had. Our server looked desperate while trying to make things better. We took the uneaten mess in a to go box so she wouldn't cry. We threw the boxes in the Hotel's garbage so we didn't endanger any wildlife at home. My pulled pork was freezer burnt and soaked in liquid smoke to cover it. My husband's brisket looked like grey mystery meat and was also soaked in liquid smoke. Even the sides were horrid. How can you possibly screw up fries.
We were hungry and excited to eat here after hearing that the food was good. Everything was great till our food came. My prime rib was a thin piece of dried out roast beef. My wife's meal was terrible as well. As we sucked it up and my wife not wanting me to make a scene we ate what we could. I felt like I was having Christmas eve dinner with the Griswalds but with prime rib. Round 1 went to Buford's. I thought that awful meal was past us, I was wrong. My wife and I found ourselves crawling to the bathroom puking anywhere we could. Buford's got us in round 2. We tapped out as we slept outside our hotel bathroom door with nothing but regret. A night never to forget.
Came a few years ago. Friends all got sick and food was bad.
Staff was great, but ribs where marginal at best.

Waitress not knowledgeable about menu. No soup of the day. Going to be hard to leave a tip.
Ask to make sure they have everything you order... They were out of a lot of stuff
