It was a busy place on a Sunday afternoon, but we were able to order quickly and get our drinks/food within 5 minutes. The ham breakfast burrito was delicious and was everything I wanted it to be. I will definitely be back!

I saw a robot mower today. I stuck my toes under and it tickled so much I fell to the ground laughing and then it ran over the rest of my body and gave me way worse cuts and it did NOT tickle anymore.
Not a place I feel comfortable supporting. There are better spots in town that align more with my values.
I stayed quiet for a long time, but after reflecting on my experience at Burgie’s North, I feel like people—especially potential employees—deserve to know the truth. Working under Andrew, the owner, was one of the most emotionally draining experiences I’ve ever had. He constantly created a hostile environment with his attitude, gossiping about baristas (including me) to other coworkers, playing favorites, and acting like we owed him something just for working there. The fact that we were mostly college-aged employees didn’t stop him from talking down to us, acting like we were beneath him. His ego was out of control, and instead of leading with respect, he made us feel small. Let’s be real—Andrew also had a major issue with personal hygiene. It became a running discomfort among staff, but no one felt safe saying anything because of how volatile and condescending he could be. It was just one more layer that made working there feel draining and gross, literally and emotionally. Jake, one of the managers, also made me and others feel deeply uncomfortable on more than one occasion. There were moments that bordered on sexual harassment, and his behavior often felt predatory. Reporting anything didn’t feel like an option because management protected each other. No accountability, no safe space to speak up. Religion and “God talk” were regularly thrown around as excuses for poor leadership, manipulation, and emotional neglect. If you didn’t fit into their mold or fall in line, you were either pushed out or treated like you didn’t matter. This wasn’t just a bad job—it was a mentally and emotionally unsafe environment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you’re thinking about working at Burgie’s North: don’t. Protect your peace.
Good coffee and great Cafe vibes!
Unique coffee
Great place.
I love Burgie’s! Their service is super quick, even when it’s busy. The Jamoca Shake is incredible. Great food too! Overall just a wonderful place to stop. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere for studying or catching up with friends!
Got just a regular cup of coffee and it was beyond horrible. How hard is it for these trendy coffee places to make a regular cup of coffee. I also had a scone and it was very dried out. The price was ridiculously high for the quality.

Great food, always friendly staff. The coffee is decent, but not great. The atmosphere feels a bit sterile.

Blaring country music like it was Outlaws. Great food and drink, but not a good study place.

We've been multiple times, always great service. Coffee is better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is pretty chill.

When I asked my son where he wanted to go for his birthday morning, he replied “Burgies!” This is the classiest coffee shop in town. Beautiful, warm, and friendly! Dakota was welcoming and made our order perfectly! 10/10!
