3 out of the last 4 times I tried going they were out of _______. Different things each time. This last time it was tortillas for burritos. Note on door blamed supply chain issues. Weird. Taco bell has never not been able to make soft shell tacos or burritos. Any other restaurant I go to never seems to not have (insert food item/ingredients here). Gets old driving 1 town over to yet again, can't get chipotle. I bet pancheros could make a burrito. Think I'll go find out
Been seeing trash reviews with people having the same complaints I am 6 months + later. So apparently the lowest possible quality standard is just acceptable because nothing seems to be changing. Ya, seriously used to be one of my fav places to eat. I now despise coming here. Then a little time will have passed and I will give it a chance again only to be reminded exactly why it was a waste of my time.

I’ve tried so many times to have a positive experience at this location and it’s just so far and few between. Small portions (and I usually get the evil eye from staff when I ask for just a little more rice or beans), many times are aggressive on trying to add queso to my order and just kind of an unfriendly vibe. It makes me sad because I love Chipotle as a whole and it pains me that this location is consistently subpar.

My one year old loves quesadilla's so I have mobile ordered here twice and have had to go back inside to get them remade because they are burnt and tonight there was a doordash deal for bogo kids quesadilla's and I got tacos. This place does not care about the customers. They will wast your time!

The lady with the purple hair working today needs to be retrained.
We asked for vineragette and she put it in the bag then took it out??.. also she threw my queso in the bag and it exploded.

The food was a 2/5 for these reasons: The food was cold, unsettling, and lacking considering the price. The service was a 4/5 for these reasons: The staff was very polite and no issues with my experience was with their customer service. I would recommend fixing the portion control and storage of food to maintain quality. The atmosphere was not a concern, but since I need to grade it, it was a very typical boring layout with a few messy tables.

Great place, good staff, very nice and welcoming. Sometimes they have issues, for example: They run out of utensils, or the front door is blocked. But other than that, a great place, highly recommended.

Ordered online. Went in to pick up my food and it was just getting done so it was handed directly to me. Left only to realize my bowl was missing half of the ingredients. Went back to get it fixed and was told they were out and hadn’t made any yet. So I paid $13 for a pathetic bowl less than half full. The rice was seriously undercooked. It was hard and chewy. I’ve ordered 4 times now from this location and it’s always inconsistent.
