We went for the Father's day brunch, and it was below average. The food was not catered to your typical brunch or families. Not child friendly food or atmosphere. Service was slow and the waitresses seemed overwhelmed. The host of the events was very much putting in a show, but snarky and rude. Chair cushions dirty, table cloth dirty, floors covered in crumbs, windows dirty.
Great view and a good place to study. That’s the only reason I came here. The cafe is outrageously expensive. I got a lemonade for $5.50 and it was just lemon water with some food flavoring, they also charge $5 for a small cup of chips. They also have signs everywhere that say “if you use our space, please make a purchase”.
Been here a few times it's a nice view but the drinks always take forever to get. Last time I went I got an iced coffee and my friend got a hot latte and it took ~30min (the place was not very busy) and her drink literally came out cold and mine was lukewarm. Like they literally just let the drinks sit for so long then give them to you😭 the same thing happened an earlier time with the food- I got a bagel that was supposed to be warm and it took a very long time and came out cold. I also heard from ex employees that they do not get tips and can't take time off so idk. Weird place and def not worth the high prices
Such kind and considerate staff!!! Amazing High Tea service... Can't wait to come back!
I wish I was writing a good review for this place as I had heard nothing but great things about this place. My family and I attended their Easter Brunch and we were highly disappointed by the quality of the food for the price paid. $30/person is an outrageous price for the quality and the quantity of the food. They advertised a buffet cart brining your food to the table, breakfast and brunch staples, savory platters, breads, and pastries. We received maybe half of the menu that was advertised? They forgot part of our platters and came to close our tab in the middle of breakfast, no service after that. While we understand they have time slots to meet to stay on schedule, they were wrapping things up for our table 45 minutes into our service when it's advertised to be an hour and a half. Service was okay, the girls were stressed out with the miscommunication with the chef, management was nowhere to be found, drinks were not great either. All in all, you pay for the experience and the view, which was gorgeous with the rainy weather. Will not be back. Management - do better.
Wine event was great- try it out- the owner is so knowledgeable!!
I took my daughter and her friends to the Barbie brunch and it was so much fun. Very generous staff, fun environment and delicious food and drink options. Highly recommend!
Everything is mildly overpriced, and from my observations, lower quality. The portion sizes are very small for what you pay. The "loaded bagels" may taste good, but it doesn't negate the fact that you pay close to 7 dollars for half a bagel with some toppings. The espresso they use isn't strong enough to balance well with their milks, leading to overly milky lattes and cappuccinos. The cappuccino was essentially a latte; they skimped on foam and left it incredibly milky. The unique seating was very cute and comfortable, but the general area wasn't very clean. Unused tables had stains on the tablecloths on the main floor. The speed of service also varies wildly from order to order. Nothing tasted bad, but it could all be bought at the store for cheaper and in higher quantity. Not worth it for a college student on a budget.
Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milks and decaf options; even if they do cost extra. Had no issues with them mixing up or forgetting one of my dietary requests.

I went to a European brunch at Clouds. It was so fun! There was a ton of good food, the service was great, the atmosphere went with the theme, and the owner of Clouds was there to present the history of the restaurant and made dessert in front of the group. I love the themed meal ideas. They are so fun and creative. I think Clouds is a gem! I will definitely return.

Recently attended a princess themed breakfast. The whole experience was a Miss. If you are charging for an experience, at least make it an experience & Create an atmosphere worth paying for. We could have gotten the same experience throwing on a princess dress & going to any plain ole restaurant. Expectations did not meet reality. Having actual princesses (not just your employees wearing tiaras) on sight to take pictures with and greet the kids would have taken this event to the next level for our kiddos. The ticket should have also included a drink for the amount paid. The food & the drink were below average & mainly consisted of just desserts. It was not cohesive & just not executed well. Overall, not impressed with this theme breakfast/brunch. HOWEVER, I have been here a few years ago for just a casual breakfast and it was pretty good & the views and atmosphere are cozy and beautiful. So in my opinion, mainly revisiting the event structure could really improve this place. Overall, the views & atmosphere outshine the food/experience offered.

It is a restaurant in the sky.
The panoramic views overlooking the town are wonderful and the service was excellent to say the least. There were several courses brought out to us and we certainly felt our money was well spent. We did the Halloween brunch and so your experience may differ but they do offer several dining experiences throughout the year. One of the highlights included a handcrafted parfait station with fresh strawberries, blueberries, granola varieties, white chocolate chips, chia seeds, and more that was prepared next to your table. Another was a meat selection with crisp bacon, smoky sausage, and tender meatballs that passed our table twice. My toddler loved the savory baked beans and took several nibbles out of the fresh baked croissants. The selection was extensive and my toddler enjoyed being able to sort through the different choices. The charcuterie board and dessert tray unfortunately was a bit of a miss. Still the entire experience was wonderful and hopefully we'll be back again someday.

First time here. The food was exceptional. This was a Halloween themed brunch, however, not much created an atmosphere of Halloween. The service was very slow, especially considering that the dining room was less than half full. When they finally start serving you, it's fast, fast, too fast to eat between next service. The eggs cooked in a ramekin, were not cooked to done, runny on the bottom. Everything else was very good. My other objection is what they served for a brunch lacked a lot of the carved meats and sides you normally see at a brunch. Still, all in all, I will give them another try. I thought the price was very reasonable in this day and age. Work on menu and atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from parking lot to restaurant via elevator.

The "Escape Room" dinner was so clever. It was fun and challenging. The food was great too. We're looking forward to their future events. I also appreciated the student rate. Highly recommend!
