Love this spot! The selection is great and there are quite a few specials as well. There are endless possibilities when it comes to making your own creation, too. You can also get premise cakes and tubs of ice cream.
It’s nice and clean inside with a quiet setting. The tables are small, but in a good way lol. Outdoor seating is an option here also, but there aren’t any table outside; just large benches. The bathroom was clean as well.
Each of the employees were wonderful! They were pleasant to talk to and very patient. They make it all look so fun!

My friend and I were 10 minutes early yesterday, so the worker said it would be a bit. So we went to books a million for a bit. We came back at 11:30 and the doors were still locked. They supposedly opened at 11. We looked in the windows there wasn’t a person in sight.

UPDATE: store manager Nathan called me this morning and apologized. He confirmed this wasn’t the way I was supposed to receive my order but it was an honest mistake by his employee. He apologized for the inconvenience and is making it right.

Had a delivery order for a pint of ice cream and a Reese’s ice cream cup (separate item,not an add on like chopped up Reese’s toppings). Opened the bag and only saw the ice cream, thought they forgot the Reese’s cup. Took 4 bites of ice cream and realized they put the Reese’s cup inside the pint of ice cream. As you can see it took up over half the pint of ice cream. Again, this was not a topping of ice cream. The Reese’s cup was a completely separate item not related to the pint of ice cream. Ridiculous. Use common sense.

Order was made wrong, so had to be redone, which is fine. Ice cream was barely frozen and was running all over the sides of the cup, when it was handed to me, which was a huge mess. I grabbed a pile of napkins and went to eat in my car. Aside from being way too soft, it was just plain terrible ice cream. Paid 8 bucks for a cup of ice cream and ended up just dumping it in the trash.

Should change name to Hot Stone Creamery because my ice cream was melting on that stone slab. I disliked the seating arrangement too because it was by the waiting line instead against the wall. The $9 per person is quite a lot for regular cones.

Ordered this cake to celebrate a milestone in life and this is what we got… definitely not worth the $55. Disappointed is an under statement
Took my partner here for the first time. We had such a great experience and the ice cream was perfection after our supper. I got the fudge ice cream with graham cracker mix in and marshmallow creme (smores). It was amazing as usual (it's my go to). My partner got the banana flavored ice cream with vanilla wafers mixed in. He said next time he will ask for fresh banana instead, the vanilla wafers made it too crunchy. (Personal preference). The staff was great, and the atmosphere is nice. They also sell chocolates there...had to drag myself away from that counter because they looked amazing!
