Conversations does it better than Seasons, depending on your tongue. For me it hits a little better. They are way more consistent in the service category, where I get actual words from the employees who work diligently in the kitchen. They also have a couple of superior options to Seasons across the street, however the size proportions and quality can be inconsistent. I think the one thing that has me most scratching my head is why they would decide to have it be a get & go only location. In summation, I think Conversations is still one of the weaker options, but at least you can always be serviced for get & go, unlike West Side Market.

Generally, I love ISU food, but not conversations. I guess it used to be good. 1st time there, decent enough burger but that was the only good thing about it. Not sit down, gotta walk across street to sit down and eat. My side was cilantro lime rice which I usually enjoy at other food places, but it tasted old/weird and entirely lacking flavor. Even the rice had a weird/old texture. Also is awkward trying to see the food in order to know what you want. Food is covered which I get but very little pictures or displays of food options.

Vastly superior dining center to Seasons. The cereal selection is the best selection on campus. Excellent locale if one desires to host a chocolate milk drinking contest. Also has applesauce on a daily basis, should that be your desired source of food consumption.

Get and go really ruined convos. It still has decent food (better than seasons) but the wait is often 30 mins long. At that point you are better off walking to windows and then back.

Two words can express the best item on the secret menu. Not many people know this, but you have to try the alfredo shake. Grab a cup and go up to the pasta place and ask for some alfredo sauce in your cup. Then got to the ice cream place and get two scoops of bunny tracks or scooper hero. The workers might look like they think you're insane, but trust me, they get this requested several times on a good day.
That changes it's either buffet or buffet. It was better before as we could get a little something now you have to spend big bucks for buffet and there is NO kosher product at all. Very sad what a bureaucracy
