I go to college at Iowa State and this is my favorite place to go when I need a pick me up. Their sugar cookies with frosting are the best! Even the drinks they offer are good. I talked to one of the owners and she was the sweetest person!

Sadly disappointed.I ordered a 15” cookie cake from here on Friday for a birthday. When I picked it up and was showed the cookie I was disappointed with the display as it looked like a 4th grader wrote the message. I was still hopeful that the taste would make up for it. I was then highly disappointed when I went to cut into it 6 hours later and it just cracked apart instead because it was so dry and hard. I did call and place my order the day before so maybe it wasn’t fresh but still not ok especially for the price.

I ate here for the first time today. Service was good- friendly and fast. I ordered an ice cream sandwich made from two monster cookies with vanilla ice cream. It was totally worth the 6$. It was a large serving, so my partner and I shared it. I wouldn't recommend trying to down the ice cream sandwich by yourself.
I just had a peach muffin. PEACH MUFFIN! It was moist and full of flavor. AWESOME!

We wanted a cookie to do a private gender reveal. They got us our cookie cake in 1.5 hours and did an amazing job with decorating and ensuring there was no peaking! Thank you to the ladies at north grand mall cookie ect!!

I grew up with Cookies Etc. at Southbridge and they are the best! I recently sent two dozen to a friend in Illinois who is recovering from surgery. They were a huge hit with her and her family. I would have loved the option to ship a big custom cookie but I get that’s more difficult. Thanks for helping brighten her day!
