No one interacted with us while we were in the store. The store was extremely dirty and our cookies were sitting out before they were boxed up. We waited a bit for them and they were still cold anyways. We rarely go to crumbl but we’re very unimpressed with our experience.

Tried to Ask for Help multiple times and didnt recieve it and in the mist of all of this no employees were insight just not a very good experience for my First hope you guys can work on it
When this location opened up it was full of happy, smiling welcoming faces that greeted you with a smile. As soon as you walked in the door they would loudly and proudly welcome you. They had conversations with people, Not anymore though. And the cookies do not look good or taste good especially for the price. Time for a new staff.
