I have encountered one female employee that is very rude when I come in to pick a DoorDash up. I’ve been doing this for quite a while and she acts like I’m stupid telling me what to do and how to do it and holding onto the food tightly and not wanting to let it go so it can be delivered. I went in there one day to pick up an order, and there was all these employees standing around talking and nobody helping me. I have a certain amount of time to deliver the food to the customer and nobody would help me. I reached into the cubbyhole where they put the delivery orders and this girl got right up in my face and told me that nobody touches this but employees. I said well everybody else is standing around and nobody wanted to help me so I have to take it upon myself so the customer gets what they want. Very, very rude. Wants to control the delivery

We got the cod dinners to go and the fish was fresh, hot & damn good along with the fixin's too! I sure do miss the ole day when Culver's had their broasted chicken.....super good and sold a lot of it and I'm not sure why the quit handling it!

Guy at the drive through window was helpful and friendly. I just got some cheese fries (which aren't on the menu) but the server helped me out. I had to pull to the side and wait for my food for a minute or two, but not a bad wait, the guy who brought out my food was very friendly as well. The cheese sauce was and fries were pretty mid, but it was warm and fresh, so +1.

The service was amazing. I was greeted upon entry, and staff walked around and asked how the food was. One staff member even cleared the tray from the table.
Delicious Culver’s, my number one burger. I had it for lunch yesterday, and I’m going to eat it again tonight. Ames’ No. 1 burger.

Tables were clean after lunch rush, we ordered at the table and they brought out our drinks ahead of the food which was nice. They missed our apple juice, so I took my receipt up and a team member noticed me in line and took care of me very quickly. Very good experience here. Thanks!
