Order a one scoop with Oreo toppings I had a tiny sprinkle of Oreo on top like there was barley anything I mean if I wanted a plain ice cream I would’ve ordered that and I was already having a rough day immediately threw it out absolutely terrible

I have encountered one female employee that is very rude when I come in to pick a DoorDash up. I’ve been doing this for quite a while and she acts like I’m stupid telling me what to do and how to do it and holding onto the food tightly and not wanting to let it go so it can be delivered. I went in there one day to pick up an order, and there was all these employees standing around talking and nobody helping me. I have a certain amount of time to deliver the food to the customer and nobody would help me. I reached into the cubbyhole where they put the delivery orders and this girl got right up in my face and told me that nobody touches this but employees. I said well everybody else is standing around and nobody wanted to help me so I have to take it upon myself so the customer gets what they want. Very, very rude. Wants to control the delivery
