Went through the drive through this evening and presented the cashier with a coupon after giving him the credit card. He refused to accept the coupon, saying he'd already processed the payment. Several minutes later, he came back to the window. Silly me, i thought he was going to apologize and offer to run the coupon after all. But no. He told us to pull forward to wait even longer for our order. There was only one car behind us in the driveway, so they weren't busy. It was cold out and we didn't feel like wasting gas, so we went inside to wait and wede greeted by the same terseness and high handedness by the cashier. The food was delicious as usual, but if I could give zero stars on the merit of the service alone, I would.
Had great interaction with staff. Unfortunately, I asked for one ingredient for my sweet treat separately and management rudely and loudly responded to my request. I felt so embarrassed as well as unwelcome. So sad as I’ve been a life long Dairy Queen lover.

I got a chill cheese reg. hot dog for nearly 6$. That is crazy to me. I thought it was the ft long that was 6$. I am little upset that I got that for 6$. Things have definitely changed. Service 3 ppl 2 were nice one gave a bit of attitude when I paid for a chocolate cone and got a vanilla and topping was falling a part, she rolled her eye and threw it in the trash. The other two were prompt and apologetic for the inconvenience of the head functioning out. The place looks a little rundown. I don't believe I will be back. This place needs some R&R

I mostly come when I am craving chicken strips. I am sure they just get them from some food supplier that supplies other places, but when I want tendies, I find that these are the best. Maybe it's how they fry them! The kids that work always seem kind too.

Omgosh they were soo busy when we stopped!! Both our chocolate and vanilla malts were perfection!! I hadn't had a malt in years!!

We have been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there is a car in front of us that has been there for about 30 to 40 minutes and my family and I we just ordered one small shake, one small blizzard, and a fountain drink this is absolutely ridiculous. The car ahead of us left without getting their food or anything. Pathetic Dairy Queen. Other Dairy Queen goes faster with getting us food or ice cream

Went through the drive up for 2 large blizzards, placed my order and proceeded to wait about 10 minutes. 3 cars ahead, not moving. No one behind me so I thought I’d just go in and grab them. I was sure they probably had them ready by now. I go in and said hey I was in the driveThrough but the line wasn’t moving so I thought I’d come in and grab the blizzards. I’m met with snooty attitude, refusal to serve me, and told I have to wait my turn. I’m like whatever… proceeded to wait and be ignored, then when my “turn” came up, she blinked excessively and said my total. I handed her my card as I was ready to go.. she TURNS AROUND. Grabs them all ready made from the freezer and hands them to me. Basically made me wait to feel in control of something but she was unreasonably out of line with her attitude and unwilling to provide customer service. She could have just said “oh that’s fine, we already have them made anyways. I’ll grab your total”. Nope. ?? miserable employees with desperate need of attitude adjustments. I would give 0 ⭐️ if I could.

I'm here dining in around dinner and everyone on staff is very kind. A couple in the back seem to fancy snide drama but thats their karma not mine. Otherwise the others had good manners, friendly & the DQ had a clean atmosphere. %100 reccommend
