Went to this establishment today, and they were only serving ice cream. No food!!! And this happened on the first big snow of the season! No stars for management today.

My six piece chicken strip basket contained 6 dried out thin 3 inch strips and one was only the crust. Not even edible. The family onion rings contained only 4 complete onion rings and the rest were little pieces!

-10 stars. Rude people. Probably not clean either. Will never go inside or go here again. My blizzard was absolutely REPULSIVE. It was freaking melted and GROSS. BAD QUALITY. PLEASE TRAIN THESE KIDS RIGHT. INSTILL GOOD AUTHENTIC CLEAN WORK ETHIC. FOOD IS NOT SOMETHING TO MESS AROUND WITH OR BE SLOPPY WITH. GROSS. DONT RECOMMEND THIS DQ.🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢 GO TO CULVERS.

You can’t use tap to pay, mobile order or use rewards from the DQ app. In a college town, this seems laughable. The clearly out of touch franchisees need to realize they’re literally losing lots of business because of this.
Also, not busy on a hot summer evening…. Let’s you know everyone else around finds the place depressing.

Flies. Everywhere... Dead flies lying around on the window sills, and flies buzzing around my head while I tried to eat.

We repeated ourselves in the drive thru because nothing was verified, our malts were not stirred as we could taste malt powder in them, my dipped cone was so thin everything was dripping/ melting, and we had to go back and ask for straws for the malts and a spoon for a blizzard. The four of us were VERY disappointed. Not a good experience. Would NOT recommend this store.

You are never sure what you will pay or what you will get when you order food. Usually it is hot and fresh and is one of my favorite lunch spots.

Went through the drive through this evening and presented the cashier with a coupon after giving him the credit card. He refused to accept the coupon, saying he'd already processed the payment. Several minutes later, he came back to the window. Silly me, i thought he was going to apologize and offer to run the coupon after all. But no. He told us to pull forward to wait even longer for our order. There was only one car behind us in the driveway, so they weren't busy. It was cold out and we didn't feel like wasting gas, so we went inside to wait and wede greeted by the same terseness and high handedness by the cashier. The food was delicious as usual, but if I could give zero stars on the merit of the service alone, I would.

Had great interaction with staff. Unfortunately, I asked for one ingredient for my sweet treat separately and management rudely and loudly responded to my request. I felt so embarrassed as well as unwelcome. So sad as I’ve been a life long Dairy Queen lover.
