Went through the drive thru and they forgot one of our French fries and messed up a sandwich. Both doors were locked at 530pm and the sign in the drive thru said they were also closed at 515. We had to call just for them to help us so we didn’t have to wait in the drive thru again for 15 mins. Worst service and food ever from a Dairy Queen!

Went to drive thru we pulled around to have a good ice cream we got to the speaker they said one moment then out of no where she yells in the intercom "STOP" then we questioned and she ignored us poor service.

Stopped for lunch on a Sunday and gave them a $50 for a $33 order and were told they "don't have cash for change because they haven't been using a lot of cash" RIDICULOUS and disappointing.
