Food was extremely cold when it got here and pizza had literally no cheese on it, felt like eating stale bread. I don’t understand why it’s so bad normally Dominio’s never lets quality get this bad. Also it took two hours for it to get to me, I wish I was joking. I should’ve just canceled the order.

The commercials look so delicious and then you get your pizza and it looks nothing like what you see o. TV. We have tried this location multiple times because we like the stuffed crust but they give no toppings. If you pay for double there's still nothing!!! We ordered chicken and not exaggerating one piece of chicken the most per slice. Terrible and overpriced for what you get!!!

Possibly some of the most horrendous service I have ever experienced. I ordered a medium pizza and parmesan bites at 12:40am. I understand that a game day can delay some deliveries but I waited 4 HOURS for my food. I called 4 times and was assured 2 times that my food was on the way. When I checked at the fourth hour, the food was still at the store and I cancelled the order.
I HIGHLY recommend NOT ordering here.

We waited over 1 hour, then they said it would take 2 more hours. Staff inside were just standing around and focusing only on delivery orders, with no concern for customers waiting in person. Very poor service and no respect for people dining in.

Awful experience! My friends and I placed an order through the Dominos app. We placed the order at 10:05pm and it had been over an hour so we called them at 11:22. They told us on the phone that the driver was on Sheldon Ave and should be there in 2-5 minutes. It had been another 20 minutes, so I decided to call the store again at 11:38 and ask about our food. On the website, it guarantees a refund on non-bulk orders that take over 30 minutes to be delivered. I asked if we could get a refund and the employee on the phone said that policy is no longer in place and he can just cancel our order. No explanation or apology as to why our food is taking so long. I am now writing this message at 11:49 and our food is still not here. Absolutely ridiculous. We paid and even tipped but I will not give my money here again! In no universe does it take almost 2 hours to make and deliver 2 pizzas with some bread bites.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some bread thing. They were all burnt. It has been a while since I ordered but for $30 I didn't expect my pizza to be burnt. Won't be going back!
