This particular Dominos location in Ames has always had good quality pizza and super fast service. Granted I don’t live too far from the store, they still are super quick in delivering your order. I’d say within 45 mins easily, depending on the day. Haven’t had any inaccuracies or issues in the 2-3 years I’ve ordered pizza here.

Ordered online for pick up. Did a build your own pizza got pepperoni beef onion black olive and pineapple. The toppings was so dry and there was no cheese at all even though marked cheese. Medium pizza 5 pieces of pineapple. Paid 26.00. Nope not again

I get dominoes all the time and I’ve never had any issues until recently. I ordered a pizza tonight and it never got delivered to me, I even called the driver and he said he dropped it off but when I opened my door it was no where to be found. Called the store and the best they could do was refund me. Not even remake it. Said it was my fault for not checking the address. The time before that I received the complete wrong order and they were very rude when I called and said I was lying.

The Assistant Manager and her staff were so busy; Manager was young but was on top of her game! Everyone was busy but still took the time to go out of there way for us! Pizza was great, wings were perfect soda was cold!! What more could you ask for?!?! Thanks again to Kaysen and her staff!

They were incredibly nice. I ordered a pizza in the afternoon but couldn’t pick it up because of the rain and football traffic. When I came later in the evening, they explained the situation very kindly and even remade my order. I’ve ordered from this location and the Campus Town one many times, but this experience really stood out. Their friendliness and customer service made me feel truly cared for.

Worse pizzas ever. Sauce was spoiled. Tasted moldy.
Very unsatisfied and I haven’t even tasted the food. The driver was fast so I was quick to offer him a tip. While he is writing down the tip I ask if he has crushed red peppers… he says no and didn’t even try to apologize or clarify. Am I supposed to ask for that as a special request or something???? And no napkins or flatware. No effort. Why am I even tipping you bro?

I was feeling unhealthy and called after ordering my 16 bread bites to request they load it up with garlic butter and parmesan and the super nice gal working happily added that note to my order. 😊 they finished the order super quick and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Delish! And she wrote a super sweet, encouraging note on my box. 🥹🥹🥹 thanks so much to the team for making my night! Will always choose Dominoes!!!

Get a promo for any size any toppings. Ordered 2. 1st one was correct of course the small one. Medium pizza asked for all meats minus beef and mushrooms and olives and shredded cheese.
I got sausage olives reg cheese that's on a pizza. Driver looked lost getting here. There are way to many food options here in Ames. Won't order from here again. And Domino's solution to rectify is 20% off an order or a free single topping pizza.
Only get screwed once when it comes to a restaurant.

Normally i have great service here but lately I've had at least 2 orders dropped off before mine this time was 3 and everything was luke warm by the time it got here with the box beingslighlty crushed as well. Order came out of the over at 10:21 didn't get it till 11:05 kinda ridiculous:/
