Very unsatisfied and I haven’t even tasted the food. The driver was fast so I was quick to offer him a tip. While he is writing down the tip I ask if he has crushed red peppers… he says no and didn’t even try to apologize or clarify. Am I supposed to ask for that as a special request or something???? And no napkins or flatware. No effort. Why am I even tipping you bro?

I had an amazing experience! I was feeling unhealthy and called after ordering my 16 bread bites to request they load it up with garlic butter and parmesan and the super nice gal working happily added that note to my order. 😊 they finished the order super quick and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Delish! And she wrote a super sweet, encouraging note on my box. 🥹🥹🥹 thanks so much to the team for making my night! Will always choose Dominoes!!!

Get a promo for any size any toppings. Ordered 2. 1st one was correct of course the small one. Medium pizza asked for all meats minus beef and mushrooms and olives and shredded cheese.
I got sausage olives reg cheese that's on a pizza. Driver looked lost getting here. There are way to many food options here in Ames. Won't order from here again. And Domino's solution to rectify is 20% off an order or a free single topping pizza.
Only get screwed once when it comes to a restaurant.

Normally i have great service here but lately I've had at least 2 orders dropped off before mine this time was 3 and everything was luke warm by the time it got here with the box beingslighlty crushed as well. Order came out of the over at 10:21 didn't get it till 11:05 kinda ridiculous:/

What kind of store would allow a delivery person to enter an apartment without permission, without knocking, and end up taking food undelivered??????????????????????????
Very poor delivery service, I tried three times to place an order and each time it was not delivered. My housemate have seen the delivery man sneak into our apartment and leave with the food after circling around and never delivering. I tried to call but there was no sound when I got through.Uber Eat gave me a refund but still wasted my time. Additionally, I am very concerned about the horrible behavior of entering an apartment without knocking and without permission.

We waited an hour or more for our food to be delivered. We finally got our food and not only did we find hair in our pizza but the lava cakes as well. This is our first time ordering dominos in two years after a previous poor experience and yet again we are disappointed. Someone at this store really needs to step it up it’s embarrassing at this point.

We came from out of state to the university of Iowa with our sick horse. We ordered pizza at 1230 for the staff at the university and one pizza for ourselves to be delivered, it's a gated area at the large animal eqine so I asked them to call me when they arrived with our 6 pizzas. 2pm comes I call and they say they were delivered, I never got them they left them somewhere supposedly but not here. They re-made them after the person on the phone was rude with me a if this was my fault, when the delivery girl arrived she was rude and yelled obscene things as she drove away....obviously forgetting it's a gated area then had to wait to be let out while we stood holding our pizza. Mind you we paid over the phone and added a tip already... wow!!! Customer service needs to be improved... not the impression you should be giving on the phone or delivery!

Placed my order for the $19.99 combo (2 medium 1 topping pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon twists &icing!) for delivery at 9:14pm on a Friday, my food was delivered hot at 9:37 pm! Not only were these the best cinnamon twists I’ve had yet, the pizzas were delicious and cheesy cooked perfectly! Highly recommend them for yummy fast service!
