Good ol Firehouse. I do like some warm and toasted subs. Overall good at this location. Just no actual firehouse, or subway trains. Sheesh. Oh, well. Maybe they'll work on that in the future. Lol
Food: Steak and cheese with mushrooms was on point. Great with Dukes Spicy Mustard, or their signature hot sauce. Delicious, and best part of the visit
Service: Ordered a large sub and she gave me a medium. Was disappointed. She also acted like I was burdening her being there. No worries. I'll just quietly order my food and leave. After I got my order the three reps went back and hid in the back again, so I couldn't even ask for a cookie or something. It was a snowy day and I was the only person there for most of my time, but still, a bit better in the service department
Atmosphere: Basic. Fairly clean. The floor was dirty but that's expected on a snow day. Nothing exceptional, just basic. Fountain wasn't the worst, but could have been cleaner.
Overall 4/5. Also,I wish they had forks, because that sandwich fell apart on me.

Was traveling to an event with my wife and we had the kraving for firehouse subs. It has been a while since we have had any due to location. Our experience was top notch, the staff is/was very friendly. We enjoyed it so much we ordered an extra meal to go for lunch the next day. The guys even prepared it deconstructed so it would be fresh for us. Great team and will stop again on our way back thru next trip out.

Came in tonight a few hours before closing. Staff to say the least was not impressed they were very slow and continuously talking amongst themselves only acknowledging us when we are at the register. Once we ordered, it took 15 minutes for our food to be somewhat done and then the products were forgotten taking longer. Food was great, but service is lacking.

Writing in hope that the district manager sees. I came through the drive through line to get a drink. The lady on headset had attitude with me and repeated several times “just a drink”? And i said yes and she told me i can come inside and get a drink cause theres already 2 people in line. I told her that i have my child in the car which is why i am in the drive through line, she kept repeating just a drink though. Judging the customer at its finest. She was rude and did not service the customer. Roll the tapes on 10/18/2024 @ 5:50pm.
