i arrived about 30 mins to close, just me, place was empty so they were cleaning up. fair enough. they pressured me to get the food to go, annoying but okay. last straw was when i ordered an americano, the hostess told the kitchen in spanish “just give him a regular coffee, it’s nothing (de nada).” i ordered an americano because their coffee is terrible… watery, weak, sits on the burner. i ordered and was charged for an americano, but was given a horrible cup of coffee to go (gas station quality). i am sitting here now in my car and the coffee is undrinkable - gonna have to take 10 - 15 mins to go get some caffeine for my road trip elsewhere.

I just went here for the first time while traveling and it was fantastic! The strawberry crepes I got were next level delicious, and our service was great. I loved the atmosphere and decor too! We didn't have to wait when we got there, and our food was out quickly as well. Great place!! My husband got a big skillet breakfast thing too and really enjoyed it. Reasonable prices and good portions. 🥞

Yum!! Bob loved his bacon and eggs and I had the avocado toast egg white scramble. They even have decently nutritious vegetarian and vegan options!

I really wanted to like this place however our service was terrible. The food would have been great had the order been executed as requested. My constructive criticism to our waitress Leonora would be listen to your guests, be patient when guests are ordering, offer food suggestions and most importantly don’t shrug off someone’s food allergens. If you forget food items don’t come back and ask if they’re still needed, assume they are!
So unfortunately I will not be back.

Coffee was warm, potatoes were cold, eggs were slightly warm and bacon appeared to not be fully cooked even though I ordered it extra crispy. Only one piece of toast with the order was served and it was soaked in with butter and you can tell it was sitting around for a good period of time. Server didn’t ask if everything was okay or gave us refills and seemed to be rushing us out the door even though some were still eating.
I would not recommend at all.

In the past we've tried to come on a Saturday or Sunday morning and it is extremely busy. Stopped in today on a Thursday morning and got seated right away. Service was exceptional and the food was amazing. So glad I was finally able to try out Flip n Jacks. I got the cinnamon french toast, 10/10!

What a great brkfst, this place is incredible. Traveling and I HATE chains, always look for Mom/Pop/ Local. This place is really good.
