Hopefully the food served at the hibachi tables is better than from the kitchen. It was pretty bland.

I’ve been eating here for over 15 years and have never encountered this bad of service. When we first sat down, we noticed we waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. We saw that our server had forgotten about us and he ran the bar to grab our drinks. After he brought them out, he was eager to get our order going. He kept trying to walk away while we were still talking and it made us uncomfortable. We ordered calamari that seemed to be half the portion this time, and was too spongy with no flavor. I ordered the hibachi steak and chicken, and my partner ordered the udon ramen bowl. He wanted to try something different, and was extremely disappointed when it came out. Both of our meals were cold. We decided to try just a few bites, and determined that we wanted to talk to our server to correct the issue. The item that came out was the wrong item, and wanted to get it fixed. He waited over 15 minutes to check on us and we were constantly looking around for help and there was no one. My partner had to wave his hand, and we have never done that at a restaurant before.. we treat service industry with respect, but we felt like we were constantly getting forgotten. He finally came over and we explained that we may have ordered the wrong thing and we’d like to switch it out with the right thing. He then proceeded to say that since we ate some of it, that if we ordered something new it wouldn’t be compensated. We decided to ask for our check and were given boxes, he assumed we were taking it home.. however we did not. I work in service industry and I was appalled that neither a manager or compensation wasn’t offered. Instead we paid $70 for food we didn’t eat, and that was cold. Lastly, if it was a busy night we’d be more than likely to understand, but it was slow evening. Plenty of staff were there, but none were able to help. Won’t be returning, extremely disappointed.

Good food, nice staff, good atmosphere. The drinks were OK, good, hibachi services and good sushi. They seemed understaff, the waiter never came back to ask for drinks or refills.

Great at making rice fun hibachi grill experience , but multiple times there’s been communication gaps in comprehension and it’s very frustrating watching other customers turn red in the face because they just don’t listen to allergy sensitivities.So be prepared

Definitely don’t recommend the sushi here. Had multiple people have both sashimi and rolls and we all didn’t eat them. Didn’t eat them and they still charged us.

Hibachi. Our rice sat on our plates for 15 minutes while the other food was prepared. The portions are very small. The steak cubes are awful touch andtasteless. Not a good mealfor our party of 12.

Third time going to this place and something wasn't right like the other two times. We asked for a table like we had before instead of a booth. Host said ok and took us to a table. There was five of us, 1 just had knee replacement and one other is a big guy. That combination just is not accommable in a booth meant for four. We have always been offered a booth with a table added and had that same arrangement both the other times. The host was joined by another employee who both at the same time were informing us never table, only booths after they said it is a table. Thank goodness I didn't ask for floor seats. Took almost 40 minutes to get all of our food which mine was as he knew because he asked me was an avocado salad as my entree and it came right away with the soup and dinner salads. Then my boyfriend got his plate of teriyaki salmon W/ vegies15 minutes before everyone else. Then came another Avocado salad with Salmon then 2 stir fried rice. One chicken, one shrimp along with the rice that went with my boyfriend's and a California roll that was ordered as an appetizer. That was really good. The price for the adult hibachi steak dinner was $25, it was the same portion size as the children’s for $10. Outrageous. Sushi was mediocre. May come back but only at lunch because the dinner prices are not worth it.

I got the beef teriyaki and it was fantastic! Delicious meal, great presentation, and quality service. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cozy.
