José has been AMAZING! He is always very polite, always smiling, patient, personable and respectful of the customers’ needs. My family and I always hope that he’s here when we visit this location, and he is! Team members like him make a good place great. By far the best customer service one can hope for at a grill!! And overall this is a fun place to gather and eat at - never disappoints. Will come again and highly recommend to others.

This is one of my son's favorite places to go. We went there this time for his birthday. As always the food is good but I need to tell you to put more sauce than you think you'll need on your food .
If you happen to be someone who has had weight loss surgery and are unable to eat a normal adult amount of food, they will charge you the children's prices if you can show them a letter from your doctor that you're unable to eat normal portions .
I also highly recommend joining their HuHot customer program. We ended up getting $5 off our last meal. Just download the app and join.

Very clean and well organized restaurant and staff. This might be the best store I've been to in the Midwest. The buffet was very well maintained and also always fully stocked in comparison to other locations.

As an agricultural engineer for meat production, I can say that the way the food is sorted must be terribly unhealthy and puts other consumers at risk of many food borne illnesses. That matched with several waiting staff not really engaging and doing the bare minimum, apart from one gentleman, added to the lack of enthusiasm and care from the restaurant itself. That leads me to say that the atmosphere would be alright, but during the time I brought my family, some of the working staff got into a bickering fight, showing that there is still work to do if this restaurant wants to exhibit a “5 star” atmosphere.
