Only 4 stars because some of the food was a little less fresh than I would like but still pretty tasty. They had great fruit options and very good baked salmon in a garlic lemon sauce.

Lunch was late for me today [1:40p] but the buffet was very good! I used to drive just 10-minutes to Perry for a great buffet [Metro Buffet] that went to crap when the new owner took over & now drive 35-minutes to Ames since it became the Jade Dragon and have never been disappointed! I know that some buffets lack keeping things fresh but for the most part, the folks at Jade Dragon do a great job!

Six buffets I believe. Plenty of free parking as well. I highly recommend this establishment, that's if you like this kind of food. Enjoy!!!
