Ordering system is very disappointing. I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes later for my sandwich. I went to the pick up area and told them my name. I then watched everyone who walked in after me for 20 minutes ordering and getting their food in person before my online order. I reminded them politely that I was before all of these people and asked if I should go get in line. The workers response was not very kind and don’t think I deserved their sassy. If I were to have just ordered it in person it would’ve been 25 minutes quicker. I am very disappointed and also watched four people come in for an online pick up order after me and still get their order before me. Also, the way they knew I was waiting there and still not caring. Not good customer service and I understand helping people in person is also important but so are the online orders. Don’t have an online ordering system if you’re not going to make the online orders. I ended up getting in the ordering line and then I finally got my sandwich. If I were to of just gotten in the ordering line from the beginning I would have saved 25 minutes. I did an online order thinking it would help both me and the staff but evidently I was wrong. Way to ruin my lunch break and my day thank you Jersey Mike’s new ownership! Another thing I find absolutely disgusting is them putting the receipts on my sandwich on the bread or on the meat for every single online order. Since then I have ordered in person and have had fine service but won’t be going back now that my coupons are gone.

Always busy at lunchtime and it get a little backed up. Not much seating either. But the sandwiches are excellent. I recommend Mike's Way on the cold subs because I love how they douse and drench with oil and vinegar, but I also add pickles for extra bite! The hot subs are good too when you have a hankering for a cheesesteak, but my go-to remains the turkey and provolone.

Figured I’d try this location despite the reviews, but unfortunately they were right lol. Asked for no bread, a sub in a tub, and was just given a regular sandwich. Won’t be back
My gluten free sub was made seperate, Udi's gluten free cookie was good. The sub was dry, so I always recommend them heating the bread, becareful with toasting for cross contamination issues.

Have been here multiple times and it's never very good but this last time I ordered a R17 no onions add bacon. I received a R17 with onions no peppers no bacon. Didn't realize until I got home. Took 20 minutes for my hot sandwiches when there was only one person ahead of me. Wont be coming back.

The two female workers today were beyond the worst I have ever experienced. They were rude, impatient and acted as if they hated their job. I have never been to Jersey Mikes before so I was trying to examine the menu closely. There was one other person in the whole place and he too was trying to decide. I asked if I could make my own sub and was ridiculed and mocked for being picky. The woman making my sub put the top bun on wrong after lathering it with so much mayo I had to ask for some to be removed. Then, I asked for Bacon. I got ONE strip of bacon and got charged $3. When it came time to pay, I gave my cash to the 2nd woman and she (kid you not) THREW my change at me that I had to pick my change up off the floor and other man had to help me pick up. Disgusting customer service. Not to mention my sandwich was not good. Subway or Jimmy Johns is 100% better. I will never be back.
