My organization at ISU had a lunch meeting and we requested catering from Jersey Mike's. Everyone was very impressed with the lunch they received! Picked up the food and it was fresh and ready, and organized well. We had several requests for Gluten free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. Jersey Mike's had everything done according to order and separated so it was easy to distinguish these requests. The sandwiches were amazing, the cookies were also amazing. Highly recommend, we will be using them again for future meetings!

Ordered online for pick up at 1 pm and when I got there it wasn't there. Lady said well we made it so someone must have grabbed your bag and walked out. Her attitude was like too bad, so sad. Said I'd have to wait at least 20 minutes because they had other orders ...what?!? No it was your mistake so put our order at the front🤬. She made me wait......

This is our second time getting food from here and the first time was incredible. We live over an hour away so with our second time when we got home we noticed a bit of a mix up with one of the sandwiches size. I called just so we didn’t pay the extra (we had no problem paying for the sandwhich we got.) The gentleman that helped me was theee absolute nicest, soooo very helpful. 20/10. Shoutout to you sir. Thank you.

Ordered a grilled portobello giant sub for delivery. Received the saddest looking sandwhich I have ever seen. Usually when ordering a vegetarian sub, I receive a decent amount of veggies because there is no meat for protein. What I got was smaller than practically a child’s size. They also got the bread selection wrong. Will head to Firehouse Subs from now on.

Not really big on Jersey mikes to begin with but this franchise owner must not be the greatest. I’ve never had a promo able to be used at this location. Pretty much any other time I have, but god forbid the owner saves college kids some money. Some loud obnoxious banging coming from the back as well so I think this is the last time I ever go to a jersey mikes.

Jersey Mike's has always been my go to in whatever state I can find it. While it is still very reminiscent of famous NJ subs, the last few times I've gone there it is apparent that they've reduced the amount of meat they put on sandwiches. This is pretty disappointing since it is pretty expensive for a sandwich shop

This was my first experience with Jersey Mike's (went with a gift card) and was fully impressed. Staff were very friendly, establishment was very clean, and food was great. My food was prepared quickly (I got a hot sandwhich) and tasted fairly fresh. I will absolutely be returning once this gift card runs out. Great location.
