I was surprised the food was as good as it was being a chain. I had the brisket chopped and burnt ends. Really good. Waitress was nice and effective. The only thing I can really say is that the dining area is uncomfortable to me. It’s one large room wide open with only tables. I prefer a booth and more intimate setting. Kinda feels like you’re at an event in a school gymnasium.

Loved the food. Jethro's has a great reputation and deservedly so. I had the three meat platter and each meat was excellent. The burnt ends were my favorite - sauced with a thick sweet sauce, they were perfect. The portion wasnt too big or too small. Beer was good and cold and I liked the variety of sauces on the table. Service was great and with a smile. Was there on a weekday night and it was pretty empty. It's located in a suburban shopping center. There is a movie theater nearby and this would be a good option for a pre-movie meal and drink. Only complaint is that the room is huge and weird and not cozy or welcoming, nor good for a date.
I ordered the baby back ribs, they were extremely sweet and had Zero BBQ or smoke flavor. I think they were boiled then seasoned. The coleslaw was dry and boring. I will never eat there again.
Good food and friendly staff. The onion rings are great. I also liked the coleslaw. I had a combo sandwich that was huge.

Got the emmenecker burger really good 2 pieces of hot chicken but overall good 5 pounds of meat and waffle fries, waitress was really pretty just left a couple minutes ago and can still taste the burger it was that good
