I ordered 2 sandwiches from jimmy johns on Welch Ave for delivery upon recieving my sandwiches the bread was so hard it can break a window. I contacted the store and the manager on duty said there was nothing she can do about it. So people do not spend your money at jimmy johns on Welch Ave in ames iowa

I second every one star opinion for the wait times alone. I just ordered from here, and I have waited over an hour for a *turkey tom.* I know for a fact that it doesn’t take you over an hour for turkey and mayonnaise.
The staff was super sweet! They made my day a little better after a long work day and were very helpful!

Ordered my sandwich about an hour ago. Still not here... I'm a 10 min walk away. Address was 806 Stange Road, which is Kildee Hall. Dude ended up no where close and took forever lol. And then I ordered and paid for a cookie I never received... DO NOT USE FOR DELIVERY.

Been to this location many times over the years. Went here fairly recently and the service is still quite good. Works with the same efficiency as always even if the employees were a bit disgruntled to be working on the first day of the new year. The location is looking a bit older, but the food is still great for the price.
