Ordered 5 sandwiches while refueling just off 35 on 11/16 5:30pm. My daughter said her sandwich tasted like hand sanitizer. I said no way and asked to take a bite. Sandwich definitely had some cross contamination with a cleaning product from whoever assembled the sandwich. (Bad taste was inside sandwich- not outside the bread. Maybe remind crew to wash those hands and change gloves when going from cleaning to sandwich building.

I would always stop on Fridays and grab some lunch. Since the ice tea machine has been out of service for some time now. We have had to find an alternate place to buy our lunch.

This Jimmy John's was pretty good. The staff didn't ring up our order accurately but they fixed it when we told them what was wrong. It is very clean, quiet, and only a minute off I-35. The sandwich ingredients were fresh.

Whenever i want an expensive sandwich made by someone who expects a big tip i always think of Jimmy John's. They are the Starbucks of overpriced fast food.

If you like JJ's, you'll like this place just fine. It is precisely like all the other ones you've ever been to.

Drive through is fast and efficient and spendy. No reason to hang around because there is no atmosphere. Nothing you haven't seen 100 times before. Stuff your face and beat it. $10 cold sandwich. No drink. 20% suggested tip. If you're really hungry, they have a $20+ option. Thanks come again.

It just isn't worth it anymore.

On a return road trip and stopped here for lunch. I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience it was stopping here. The 3 associates today were exceptionally cheerful and helpful.
The sandwiches were perfect with fresh toppings and the restaurant was clean.
I mostly wanted to let the manager know what a great job their employees were doing!

Paid extra for cheese, but didn't get it. I should have checked the sandwich before I left. The meat was pretty skimpy. Other than that, it was okay. Service was fast and friendly.
