The food was amazing definitely brought memories back from my childhood and my husbands father cooking the flavors were just perfect thank you so much for a great first time experience we will definitely be back
Excellent service, above average food. You've been to better Mexican restaurants but you've been to a LOT that are worse.I wouldn't say this is destination dining, but if you're in the area it's a good choice; you'll have a good experience.Based on: Two visits, summer 2022.
Loosen the belt and put on the feed bag. This place is excellent! Highly unlikely you’ll be able to clean your plate. Chicken tortilla soup is to die for, and is a meal in itself. Besides that, I ordered a Steak, chicken, shrimp dish, it began with a “J “ can’t remember the name off the menu. It was fantastic! I’ll definitely stop back when coming thru Ames! Hats off to that chef and owner.

We enjoyed a fresh, hot meal. They have a full menu to choose from. Fast and friendly service. We will definitely come back.My 2nd visit was just as good as the first. Good service, good food. This time I ordered a fajita and it was huge.
Just came in and everyone was SO nice!! The atmosphere was so open and relaxing and the food was so great! The salsa they gave you was one of the best in the area!
My family ate here twice in the last week and loved the food both times. Great atmosphere and lovely employees! Kids menu was great as well for picky eaters.
The employees were nice! I ordered the burrito California and the steak was chard to a crisp but the burrito was cold! Do not recommend!!

Nice and very spacious and lots to choose from on the menu. The service was good and the food was great with very big portions. We also viewed the party rooms and they were very big. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely be back.
