Gave us the wrong pizza. Pretty upsetting as ur literally a pizza place😭 I’m just heated cuz I called and they didn’t answer me. If ur gonna mess something up figure out a way to fix it. Service was bad too, we had to just put a code into the machine and it gave us our pizza. So it really couldn’t get ā€œmixed upā€ with another order. Spent a lot of bread on the order too. Ight bruh

Called ahead to make sure there wasn’t a wait. We passed through town on a road trip and were in a hurry.

Arrived and saw all employees in back chatting and laughing. No one came to the counter. Waited five mins+. Another customer even arrived and was also waiting. I finally drew attention to myself and a woman came to help me and it was fast and quick getting out the door. I wish they had been attentive when I first walked in, as the service itself was fine once it finally was actually provided ?

I was in town from Chicago with my friend, I went into this little Cesar’s to order a Pepperoni pizza and some wings. Logan took my order. They had some wings ready I just had to wait on my pepperoni pizza. So I was there waiting about 10mins…. An attractive older woman walks in and orders a pepperoni pizza. She asked if they had any ready and Logan said yes, and gave her the freshly made pepperoni pizza I was waiting on that was brought from the back. I got really heated and sat there and didn’t say anything. And waited another 10mins. That was so unprofessional and idk what Logan was thinking? It’s not like that pretty lady was going to give him any. Hope Logan don’t ever go work to a little ceasers in Chicago. People behind the cash register get knocked out just for messing up an order.. Logan is so unprofessional!!!!!!

Rude employee with 3 nose piercings running cash register. Used an aggressive tone and was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. Ruined my day completely I will never return.

Manager told me tonight NO they could not make pizza puffs bc they were short staffed. Then we asked for 2 bread sticks. We were berated, disrespected- told to pay for 2 crazy bread- 2 italian cheese bread, we said that was never the order as she had a massive attitude and left the store as she got the owner on the phone. Never has this kind of service. Must be the long lashes? I don't know. Terrible. And I've been a customer well over a decade. We left sadly with NOTHING- as her case was FULL OF TAKE OUT YET "SHORT STAFFED" TO MAKE A NEW ITEM.

I order through the app, I get the food through the "portal". As of two weeks ago the 'Hot n Ready' food is simply that; not fresh not tasty. It looks like cheese that has set on the counter for hours after being cooked, and this is a regular occurrence. Why buy food that doesn't even meet a basic standard?
