Driver didn't deliver my daughter's orders and stopped responding to driver support. We will.be using Door Dash from now on. Customer support was no help.and local management hasn't responded either.

I will continue to order through My Town 2 Go. Tonight I ordered from The Asian Buffet in Boone and they missed an order. My Town 2 Go contacted the restaurant and had the missed item cooked/packed/and delivered in a very timely manner. I'll be sure to tell everyone about My Town 2 Go!!!! Thank you!

So we order a lot from all the delivery places. But after tonight MyTown2go will be our #1 go to. First its locally owned and if you have a problem you can actually talk to someone that speaks ENGLISH yayaya!! Tonight I ordered from a new place the order came wrong and smelled terrible and Rebecca made it right. Thank you for the awesome customer service. We will keep ordering and if your in Des Moines try Taste of New York they are the bomb!!
