This was my first time visiting North Grand Seafood, and it will not be my last. My girlfriend and I wanted to try their sushi, but at they time they were transitioning away from sushi to poke, so we received a poke menu instead. The poke menu is a bit intimidating at first glance, but it is hard to go wrong. The poke bowl was fresh, and the fish and crab were very tasty. The crab salad was obviously not imitation, and was my favorite topping. The prices were also reasonable for fresh seafood, and the decor went above and beyond. I will be returning in the future.

I've eaten there twice and, I'm sorry to say, I was not going to go back after the first time. An out-of-town visitor wanted to go there, so I returned and am glad I did. As opposed to my first experience there, my meal was a good one. I'll chalk off my first mediocre meal there to the fact that it had been open only about a week at that time. It seems like they've gotten it together since then, and I'm glad. I'll return.

We have gone to this new restaurant four times now and have never been disappointed. Wonderful seafood choices with great variety. Also enjoyed the sushi!

Not good food at those prices. $56 bill - Appetizer: had the onion rings. They were obviously from a frozen bag and cold. Served in a basket with no plates no napkins, no salt. - I had the fried shrimp and fish with fries. All were stale and barely warm. - my wife had mahi-mahi grilled fish. very dry and over cooked and cold served with rice that was also cold. No server ever came to our table to see if everything was ok or ask if we needed anything, like salt or ketchup,which we never got. Also ordered with tartar sauce that we never got. sorry but will never go back. They did give a 50% discount and apologized.
