Then brought some more towels and left ice and water all over the table. Food is very good but 28 for a large pepperoni and cheese pizza is way overpriced. Mac and cheese was dry and gloppy. I'm sure I'll be labeled a Karen but I told the server she needs to move the customer when that happens and clean up the mess. Her response "That's never happened before". No apologies, no compensation. Get a clue. If you don't want to be in the service industry, get a new job. Your thoughtlessness made our expensive dining experience unpleasant.

I got the CHICKEN CARBONARA$15.79Spaghetti tossed with garlic parmesan cream sauce, blistered tomatoes, basil, arugula, black peppercorn, and bacon.Was advised that they were out of sauce and asked if I would take Alfredo sauce, I said yes! It was wonderful! They comped my meal and gave me one to take home. The one I brought home wasn't as good and no "cream sauce ". Better with Alfredo!

Great service and good food. Only real issue was with the pizza. We ordered a specialty pizza on hand tossed regular crust, however the crust was paper thin, especially with all the toppings. We had to eat it with a fork. But it was still good.

Usually a great place to eat and watch a game or have friends get together. Staff was very friendly and it was relaxing and quiet for the most part. The food was a bit undesirable. I had the chicken and bacon Mac and cheese. It was light on the cheese sauce, the chicken was dry and flavorless, and it sat too long under a heat lamp, drying out the noodles and the shredded cheese, making it hard to consume. My friend had pizza, which was filled with toppings, but the crust was weak and fell apart while trying to eat it. I haven't been to Old Chicago in a long time, but I remember the food being much better. Maybe it was just an off day...

We were there at noon today and left at 2. Took us an hour and a half to get our meal and it wasn't right. Awful, awful service. Lots of orders screwed up. So sad cause we have been there before and really like the place. Not sure if we will be back.

I've only been here a few times (5 or 6, I think) as of this posting, but everything has been great each time I've visited. The food is great, the service is excellent, and the beer selection is vast. Even the vegetables I've had as sides were nice and crispy.

We brought a group 6 and on a Friday night, two kids and four adults. We were looking for something to accommodate a larger group and something for the kids. It turned out great. Not too busy. Good staff. Good food. Very happy with our visit to this OC.Vegetarian options: Recommend Vegetarian 7 OC medium. Very good!
The service this time was not as slow, our waitress was doing what she could with a good sized group. However, when we ordered a flight of beer, it came with one half full, the others were less than half full. When brought to their attention, we were told that's the way they are. These were nowhere near what the menu pictured. So we said we don't want them and sent them back. When we got our bill we were told we had to pay for them. When I inquired about why, the manager said they should not have to eat them since we just didn't like them. If she had simply topped them off so we got what we ordered she wouldn't be "eating" them. I said if we received a bad meal we would expect it to be removed from the bill. She said that since my husband was rude when he brought it to their attention, she was not taking it off. First, he was not rude, he simply said this is not acceptable and said he didn't want them and left them at the bar. When I went up to talk to her, she was super rude. She finally said they would take them off and she didn't have time to argue with me. I was having a nice, calm discussion, yet she didn't have time for this? I would never go back here and will urge our entire group who meets here several times per week to go somewhere else. Everyone it appears is sick of the poor service and nasty manager. She can say what she wants to, she could have made it right and made them the way they were on the menu, we would have paid for it, but she chose not to. This is terrible customer service. Won't be back. Instead of listening and making changes, I'm sure she will have some excuse for her poor behavior. Wait and see.

I was very unhappy with our meal as my bloody Mary was not made the way The menu called for, my wife's Burger was not well done and the chicken wings which I asked for a mild sauce came with some kind of inferno Sauce and they had to take them back and I got some barbecue sauce so I could eat them.I will probably never come back to that Old Chicago again, and are waiter only had us to deal with and spent more time chatting with his friend by the Bar. not happy at all. People working there were rude to each other and the kitchen is the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my 40 yr existence. If you value your health avoid this place. The kitchen doesn't wear gloves nor do they wash their hands after every plate.
