The fried rice is low quality and no longer has the veggies in it anymore. I also found a long hair in my orange chicken. Won’t be going back.

First of all we got there around 10 something and when we tried to order we asked for honey walnut shrimp they said the kitchen was closed and couldn’t make anything because kitchen closes at 10 , keep in mind they don’t close until 10:30 then we proceeded to order 2 bigger plates and a bowl, when we were asking for chow mein they said they used the last of it on our two bigger plates but not once mentioned they didn’t have enough for one of them, if they would’ve said they could only do half and half we would’ve been fine. We ended up just getting old ass food, when i used to work there if someone asked for something we would make it even if we were about to close. We drove 45ish minutes home and get to find out one of the plates had more veggies than chow mein, well we ate it because what would we do by then. Saturday morning my husband and I woke up with severe food poisoning, it honestly was the wort thing ever so will not be going here in the future. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I have to leave a one star review because my in store service was appalling. My husband and I went inside to order some food and my husband had a hard time understanding the lady taking our order. We wanted double meats and double noodles just as we order online. We in fact get three servings of plant based meat and one side of chow mein or fried rice. The plat proportion size in the store was significantly disproportionate from the size we get online nor did we get the option to double up on anything. I paid for a bigger plate and got a plate. Also when my husband couldn't understand the lady taking our order he went to an employee he thought would be able to speak English as he had previously heard him speak clearly and he wanted to avoid misunderstandings. As my husband was asking the man about the bigger plate issue we were having another man proceeded to interpret them and give him an answer again he could not understand I couldn't even hear the man and I was standing next to them. My husband said he didn't come over to the counter to not be able to understand another accent and the employee took offense to this and started saying it was discrimination against him and that he does not tolerate it. It is not discrimination to ask someone else to explain something to you in a language or tonality they can understand. We will not be coming into Panda any longer.

Let me just say, this wasn’t your average drive-thru experience it was a culinary comedy show meets fiv star service courtesy of Nate and Jaime!
First up, Nate: the Michelangelo of Mandarin chicken. This guy isn’t just making food, he’s creating masterpieces. The noodles? Perfectly cooked. The orange chicken? Crispy, tangy, and life-changing. If there were a wok Olympics, Nate would take home the gold every time. I swear I could taste the passion in every bite.
Then there’s Jaime at the drive-thru, who deserves an award for Best Service with a Side of Humor. He greeted me with a smile so big I could hear it through the intercom. When I pulled up, Jaime handed over my bag like it was a treasure chest full of golden dumplings. He even cracked a joke about how my order of extra orange chicken was the “only logical choice.” And let me tell you, he wasn’t wrong.
These two turned a quick stop for food into an event worth writing home about. Panda Express, hold on to Nate and Jaime they’re the MVPs of your menu. 🐼🔥🍚 12/10, would happily sit in traffic to experience this again!

Worst drive thru ever. Waited for 40 MINUTES. And the drive thru traps you so there’s no way out. Avoid the drive thru at all costs.

super sweet order taker, amazing attitude.
the food was good! a lady got upset bc the girl had gotten my order wrong and then tried to demanded i had to pay for it I felt bad for the girl bc it wasn’t her fault, im a server and make order mistakes as well, it was not as big of a deal as she made it out to be.
she dealt with it more professionally then the grown lady, props to her bc days like that in food service can be hard but they really show your true character !

The food is always delicious and prepared consistently with fair portions. The people who work here seem to hustle when it's busy, which is appreciated. A few times I have visited I have seen a manager circle around asking patrons how they are enjoying everything, which is a nice touch. Definitely on the higher end for a fast food establishment.
